Make sure to use a surge protector with your new computer. I learned the hard way during a lightning storm here.

I don't get it why people think all opinions should count. We got flat earthers, holocausts deniers. Why should stupid opinions count ?
Sure freedom of speech is nice but some people have more credibility then others. Scientists for instance especially if a large group of them agrees. Its not often you have scientists like Copernicus who was right when all others were wrong. Its extremely rare.
Now all of a sudden the average Thaivisa user knows better then leading scientists. ????
Science isn't a democracy.

@Jeffr2, I guess it doesn't matter if you are saying RO water, itself, is not healthy to drink.
If that's the case, I won't even research or look into newer studies on the machines.
right now spending a good 3000 baht month on drinking water, seems like something that I should be able to lessen the expense in some manner.I'm using a company called Coway. My cost is 1090 baht a month. This is a RO system with other filters that reduce chlorine and other harmful substances. This price was for the machine plus a 5-yr service plan. All filter replacements and cleaning is included in the price. Their Malaysian website explains more about the filters (but not much) than the the Thai website.

My wife and I had a similar price on our last visit to the clinic. Total price was 1700 baht. The price breakdown for us was 200 baht for pre-natal vitamins (1-month supply) and a calcium supplement, 800 baht for doctor visit(including ultrasound, blood draw), 700 baht lab fee). This is our second child with this doctor. She works in the local hospital, but we prefer to go to her clinic, which is more expensive.
Just to let you know what to expect. The next test will be for Down Syndrome as well as chromosome abnormalities. The doctor should have a couple of options for you. We tend to opt for the more expensive, more accurate test. Expect to pay 15,000-20,000 baht for this visit. Hope this helps. By the way, this is in Thabo, Nongkhai if that matters.

Wow. I lived in that building when I first moved here.
My money is on some sort of dispute etc and then as is so common here, the 'loss of face' is just too big to walk away from.
It will be very interesting to see what nationality he is.
He was French.

Hi Guys. Just starting to open my trees. At the moment, I only have my personal truck to transport the rubber from the farm to auction. Does anyone know of anything that will help protect the truck bed from the acid? My worker tells me there is a spray of sorts that will help , but he couldn’t give me any more info. Thanks.
