PEA found out meter is spinning backward

I went to PEA to declare that I have solar panel. They care about getting the info. They do not care about knowing if it is a DIY or an unregistered installer or a registered installer. A few weeks later they instal to my house a digital meter. It's complicate to understand how the digital meter is working.
