Yes, cheap and decent food, not my cup of tea but have a few German friends and they like it.

If anybody is staying in that area, there are several good German/Swiss style places, all good food (and good Thai food also) and not expensive. Lan Garden is behind Tops, Soi Khao noi, nearby is a Swiss place, forget name, opposite from Tops and up the hill a few hundred meters. Samis and Mickeys are worth the effort also, both on Soi Padtanagran.

well I am not staying in that area I guess but my lady friend got a car so distance

is not a problem I stay here

Clearly the best value for the price concerning German / western food.

    Especially the 149 thb breakfast.

Yes the location is not perfect and there is not aircon, but there are fans on all tables.

This is for me the only place where I eat German food when in Pattaya, all the other idiots restaurants owners are just robbers selling overpriced food.

you guys just make my mouth water never mind the aircon as long the food is ok

and I agree with the prices are very reasonable but don't tell the owner

or he will increase the prices ????

Yes, the owner is German as well. I've been there a couple of times, food is good. My problem with the restaurant is it's location, it's right at a corner of the road and there's a fair bit of traffic tight in front of it. Worth a try.

an impressive menu and not expensive I guess

I have 2 friends who got engagement Visas.

Sorry, I know it is not your country but they were from the US.

Took 15 months and a lawyer and 1000's of dollars.

Their situations and yours may be similar.

With the US fiance Visa, if you do not marry within 90 days, she is back out.

And from my information the lady can never ever return back.

    Probably Aus is similar.

With this, if you do not want to get married, I would not do any of it.

And just getting a tourist Visa for a Thai girl now is very very difficult.

I would go to a good lawyer who deals with this and get a consult.

    Good luck.

Partner visa is not a fiance visa if you successful getting the visa you don't have to get married

Fortunately the Thai's are smart enough treat us and deal with us based on our own individual merits - they [Thai's] seem not to get suckered into the generalisation's some do on this forum in judging them.

I hope this woman gets caught, charged then sent home, or at least receives the very same treatment a Thai thief would incur.

Send home you kidding me just fine her 500 baht that is what a Thai person will get at the most
