I used the yellow bank in Nathon last time I needed a chunk of USD. I think I had to wait a day, but the rate was decent. I would say any bank with the best rate on the screen, can get you USD within a day or 2.

For online payments, I registered my KTB Atm/Debit card for international online purchases, and now I can use that. Normally I would use a Kasikorn virtual CC, but they are still not renewing them.

I Agree! This is very similar to other obvious scam sales pages we have seen before. Look at the index page (tiveackl.online) no listings of anything related to cannabis. The copyright says 2016 - 2022 but the domain was only registered in June (Whois tiveackl.online).
