  1. I by all means feel that this gentlemen has more than some attitude problems, and should obey local laws.

But I'm more concerned how fast the Facebook crowd and social media has jumped on this and condemned someone for not wearing a mask out in the open.

Is the world really coming to this?

I'm more scared of Facebook/social media than I am of Covid.

  3. Watch some "Ted Talks" on You tube or Netflix.

Some very interesting subjects,Some not so, depending on your interest.

I'd be interested, but I'd like to know the topics and speakers before I'd buy a ticket here in CM.

Or, I could just go to the bar and have any number of Tom, Dick or Harry's (Drunk Talks) talk to me about the universe, internet tech or the future....

Serious though, Ted Talks are very interesting for the most part.

As for Ted= X not so sure if they get the caliber of speakers that TED does. But I might give it a go.

Maybe Art Bell will show up.wink.png

  4. Your most likely only looking at a common Suzuki jeep shifter linkage problem. They all seem have a bushing/pin fail eventually.

The shift lever locating pin can be broken, causing the stock transmission's shift lever to become very loose. The broken piece of the pin can get wedged in there, and the shift lever can become misaligned. The broken piece can also become wedged in the gears and lock up the transmission or chip the gears' teeth. A new shift lever locating pin, which is just a special 12mm bolt with a pin sticking out the end of it, can be purchased from a dealer or several of the Suzuki aftermarket manufacturers. To install the shift lever properly, make sure the linkage inside the transmission is properly aligned and it should go right in.

Easy fix and cheap, Good luck.

  5. I doubt anyone posting on Thai Visa has ever met or talked with a hi-so person.

Most posters here seem to be confused by greedy money grubbing peasants.

Most hi-sos wouldn't even talk to a white foreigner.

The idea any obese romance travellers could mix with them is just laughable.

    Preposterous!

  6. What does it matter which level of society they are? Or who they may or may not cater to.

That is just ridiculous. Just Because people with nice cars and money frequent the business?

Do I see the green head of envy sprouting up?

Also, I'm never a big fan of so called food critics. If anyone thinks their Hi so it's always a film or food critic. (Not directed at Junglechef)
