All the malls should have valet parking.

I also have water back up. Be careful of back flow. Make sure it's plumbed correctly with all the right valves. So you don't fill it up and then slowly allows water to go back to the main. Be there and done that.

"I never had this problem in Taiwan or Japan"
Maybe you might want to re-think your decision about living here.
Your not in Kansas anymore...

You could go by some screen and have some Velcro sewn onto all four sides then attach double stick Velcro to the window frame and now you have a screen for your window.
Or, just get the measurements from the window and get a screen and frame made and leave it when you leave.
Not a big deal. But, I don't know how you did it in Taiwan,Japan or Tokyo.....

BB guns are still a blast to play with.

Do you need any type of licence in Thailand to be a Realtor or a estate agent?
I often run across foreigners that claim to be, and they never strike me as having any real experience in the field. To me many of them seem to be on par with some of the foreigners that claim to be teachers.
Although I'm sure there are many that are on the level.

I'm in Los Angeles at the moment and just come back from the super market, one 30 pack of Bud light and another of Coors light ($19.95 Ea) to stock the garage refrigerator.
Bud,Coors or Miller are all right for everyday drinking. I drink them around the house as you can drink allot and keep from getting too buzzed.
To me their just an everyday type of beer, but I would not go out of my way to find one in any foreign country. Let alone in Thailand.
Would of picked up some Leo's but no have.

"Great point!! Instead of launching a major investigation for faulty security boxes that were contracted for, they play it like a see the sights story. He opened a security box with a coin and cut wires that didn't set off any alarm. Shocking breakdown in airport security. International organizations and airlines take note."
I never even thought about that, goes to show you that airport security is in place to make us just feel safer....

Unbelievable...Why give him anymore media coverage? He's just smiling and eating up the attention.
Makes me angry.

If you don't want to do it yourself, any good bike shop can do this. It's very basic. 10 mins when the carb is off the bike.
-
Take a ride down to Ban Tawai, many, many shipping agents there.
-
Question is... Why would anyone come to Thailand and start searching for it?

Seems to me I saw one on Walai road somewhere.
Seen a couple in town but can't remember where.
-
Some locals think that place is haunted, a couple of bodys have been found floating there.
There is also a resturant that over looks the place, that not to bad.
-
Just get out of town!
-
Water, electric, landline, TV and internet all paid automacticly through the bank.
Takes some time to set up but well worth it.

Has anyone seen a map of the proposed villiages that will be effected? Google search comes up with nothing.

They only work in a dry climate, such as a desert. But they also add to the humidity.
A fan works better in a humid area.

A bike lane really?
Los Angeles has just implement new bikes lanes a around a year ago. They have created traffic problems and only 5 people use them!
They dont work in a city that is a established motorcycle/Car city.
Why do bicycle riders always have a holier than thou attitude about riding their bikes on the street or in bike lanes?
Almost all of the casual bike riders that ride the steets of CM are allways a hazzard to themself's and to passing cars and motorcycles.
I say no, everyone complains about city traffic and now you want to reduce the road area for a few bicycles?
Why not a car pool lane? Jezzeee...
I'm a compedent motorcycle rider and i would NOT ride a bicycle in the city! Your just setting yourself up for problem.
Why should bicycles has a seperate lane why not motorcycles? Skateboards? etc.
And while I'm at it Why is everyone trying to change this place? You say it's losing its charm? Well, allot of you are having dreams of modernising the place, but its you that is ruining at the same time.
Oh, and while I'm at it, I don't care what or how they do it in China, or Taiwan!
(Rant over)

I give up, you win.

When I first came here, I also did not like the cigs here. But I learned to adapt to them.
No use in banging your head against the wall. I learned to adapt rather than worry about the quailty of Thai stuff vs. western goods.
Unless you would "rather fight than switch"....

VW bus with a pop up roof?
We all have seen many mobil bars and food trucks use those. If's thats your direction?
TATA also makes some interesting trucks.

Fab'd it up myself while I was at my shop in Los Angeles, then boxed it up put it on the plane and brought it to my home in CM.
Sold it to some Thai dude in Mae Hia about a month ago.
The rake of the forks made it a bit of a handfull at speed after a few beers! Sold it before I crashed it.

I'm all for public demonstrations, but not keen on the idea of large groups of masked protesters regardless of their agenda.
Seems to me their setting themselves up for problems.
