No. I asked if anyone had bought a cheap Kingston SD card from Lazada and was it any good. The answers said that they were rubbish, so I never bought. Understood?
I wait until the price slash happens at big c. Sometimes cheaper then.

I'm not sure that a Jp can ask for fines to pay other than those overdue stated in condo Act.
I was told by a Jp in one case before a judge that a coowner was told to pay his fees within two years or his condo will be sold by judge, but that the overdue fine was not enforced.
Anything can happen in Thailand following or against the law, but I wouldn't be paying unless it was proven there was a direct expense to the condo by my action such as damage was done to curtains by the cat otherwise it's just profiteering by the Jp. But I guess who is toughest wins in the end.

Terrarium rocks. Show box not what it used to be.
Redbox, swift stream, mobdro suffering a bit too. Or is it just crappy internet on my side?
Kodi too much hassle for me. I prefer installing a simple app and not having to worry about repository.
Leonflix executable good on Windows.
Any other recommendations to put on box or pc

Ban the internet altogether. How sweet life would be again.

Is anybody else having problems with dooplicate posts?

Yes, Chinese numbers dropped substantially at my partners's tour spa company.
A wall is about to fall on beach road and kill some child, if any Thai person is interested to notify city hall.
Safety first!
Fun second.
Death till the very end.
Sorry to the victims.

You might find that the management have never ratified these rules and submitted them to the land office. In which case the condo Act does not have a ruling on pets and you have every right to keep your pet in your room. Go and check the rules and regulation document at the land office for your condo.

Humanity at its worst. One day a king of the world will be born. He will be an action man, a decent man, an unfussed man about doing simple deeds. like walking these kids into the right department where ID cards are printed and paper work filed. Getting a good thing done without power play quickly and without selfishness. He will come.

The badgering (and BS fake news) precedent was set by the GOP during 44's two terms.
Fair comment. I just wish it backed off a bit on both sides.

I think when the next President comes along, a precedent has been set. To badger the heck out of them. Good luck to the next one. You won't stand a chance and you'll need a super thick skin whichever side you are on.

firstly. The co owners have only themselves to blame.
next, the police, land office, banks, and lawyers won't help.
Next, I believe going down the dark route is the only viable option.
I've seen similar things happen and at the end of the day you just have to shuffle the sand with your new shoes, bite your bottom lip and say, I don't give a crap.
Otherwise the quick solution is to shut-down the building, hold an extra ordinary meeting with the signature obtained. Vote new Jp and everyone who pays 2000 Baht can walk back in the building. Go Trump!

As I can recall Australia meddled in the US election too. Many news channels and articles promoting one or the other. Influencing voting and destroying reputations. I wonder how many American voters changed their vote due to this.

I'll retire back to Oz. The usual stated reasons. Better health care, cleaner, etc.

Trump following basic strategy. Keep your enemies closer than your friends. This guy, really is a genius and I hope one day to travel back to the US to meet him and shout him McDonald's.

Definitely, neither. Yes, they want to take care of their own population first
If they wanted to take care of their own population wouldn't allowing more Western influence be better for improving things for Thai society. One example. foreign teachers. They aren't very welcoming as compared to their Korean, Japanese, and Chinese counterparts.

Well we are used to working around the American way of things. They deserve our respect, they win the world series every year.
This is getting comical. Reminds of the Seinfeld episode where George tries to understand the difference between the Netherlands and Holland, and after being explained they are the same he finally says, " well, who are the Dutch?"
Americans it is then for people from the U.S. I accept it.
Go Trump!

I would be careful about this diet. Moderation is the key to a healthy eating and living.
How about the cholesterol and purine levels in your blood from all the meat and protein?Information about this is all in the original Atkins book. Plus the cholesterol ideology has changed. Now it's considered there is good cholesterol and the bad cholesterol has now two types, dense and fluffy. I now no longer fear cholesterol concerns.

My AFLfootball team lost by two points. It was a good well fought game. I refuse to think that some players threw away 4 or 5 chances to score goals.
I blame Russia. They somehow interfered affecting the result.
Ok guys. Just a joke. Crack a smile and switch on to ABC Australia channel Friday 4.30 for a Tiger v Saints game.
Enjoy.

Usa-ian, is the U S A the only country that doesn't have a word for their people. This was stated to me by a person from the USA. American is not technically correct.

Many thanks for your reply . Is it possible that you could give us an insight of your daily eating choices ? Also do you enjoy a beer or a wine ?
Finally is there a medical opinion on the Atkins diet ?
Wine. Too many carbs. A glass would kick you out of ketosis I think but the next day you would get back in if stick to diet.
I sometimes drink a low carb beer. Pure blonde brand in oz. If you are a heavy drinker changing to Atkins will be tough. lower your alcohol intake considerably first. Vodka is a good choice for Atkins. Breakfast bacon and eggs. Or almond meal whey pancakes with Greek yoghurt or sour cream. Then I don't usually sit down for large meals. I rather snack all through the day with chicken breasts beef jerky, boiled eggs, hard cheese, pickled veg such as broccoli cauliflower. Konjac noodles. Protein shakes. Atkins recipe a plenty on net.
Medical opinions seems split and varied. In my opinion, you don't need an opinion from a doctor to give Atkins a shot. Eating meat veg and dairy won't kill you quickly as long as you don't gorge on fat but use it as fuel for the day.
