  1. I give 75,000 per month, I wanted her to give up work so I pay her instead.

She gave me a good deal, considering what she used to earn being the number one superstar in Baby GoGo, she has taken a cut in pay.

I tried that with an x gf from Thailand. Though I was smart AND caring! Turns out that she's gets a double income! :'( well one learns from one's mistake and now im married to a uni graduate with her own income. :-D

  3. The list is already in circulation (leaked). Some individuals spitting feathers. The lawyers will be busy. The only surprise for me is both big brewing companies named.

Bangkok Post has named a list of companies, accordingly leaked to the media.

I'm surprised that a few of the top departmental stores in Rajaprasong would want to do that. Aren't they shooting their own foot ? Paying the protestors to stage a protest site at your doorstep and frighten away tourists and Thai shoppers ?

I wonder why very large companies, who obvious have great knowledge and experience about financial matters, are all against this government . coffee1.gif.pagespeed.ce.Ymlsr09gMJ.gif alt=coffee1.gif width=32 height=24>

With a few exceptions these are very tightly held and controlled companies...not listed companies as we understand the term in the west

    So what's your point?

I guess point being that unlisted companies believes they would benefit from a Stuphed led gov. Listed ones having public shareholders can't or won't openly support politics bc it may not fit some shareholders opinion.

  4. I have little doubt that this reverred, torturing Thai Buddhist monk also happens to be a millionaire.

Thailand, where everything is beyond what you could possibly expect, every single day.

He is my friend, he is! At least if we should believe in the news about him buying land n building properties in Chiang mai.

Where does it say the monk condones torture? It says the men were brought before him where he talked to

them and they confessed. No where does it say the monk said "torture them".

What other "monkpromises" has he broken?

No need for spin, just keep it real.

What about involvement in politics? What about owing land and property as well as buildings?

And what about he is now (or about to be) outed from the monks community? I guess they have their reasons?

The article did not say that, read it again

You absolutely correct. My bad, as I forgot to put a question mark. It was meant as a question.

  8. "....the two policemen were legally conducting an intelligence-gathering mission."

AKA Spying. My condolences to the spies for their injuries. Go into the jungle, you may get bitten.

It's absolutely disgusting to see some ThaiVisa members supporting this kind of treatment of people.

If it was the other side doing it, you'd be screaming human rights violations left and right, but because it's your dear PDRC, this kind of treatment is acceptable. Double standards like a true Democrat.

If your reply wasn't so patently hypocritical, it would be worth a reply.

Lol. You don't seem to understand that you just replied.

  10. "Forward with reform and leave the politicians out of it."

Yes, leave them out of it while in the creative process. When they have a complete list of suggestions they are to hand over them to the politicians. After that it can hopefully come something good out of it.

The important thing here is to keep it in a democratic way.

  11. By Brian Klonoski, RYOT NewsThe recently rowdy streets of Bangkok were silent on Tuesday thanks to a national holiday, but that didn’t stop Suthep Thaugsuban — the former politician now leading protests — from giving speeches, issuing decrees and more or less attempting to establish a parallel government in Thailand.Despite lacking an ounce of authority, Thaugsuban continues to insist that his protest movement — which has drawn as many as 150,000 demonstrators in Bangkok — has more legitimacy than the elected government. In speeches on Monday and Tuesday, he issued the following brazen orders:That Prime Minister Yingluck be prosecuted on insurrection charges for “trying to overthrow the constitution.” FYI: That’s the same charge for which Thaugsuban faces an arrest warrant. That the police chief order all his men to withdraw from their posts. <snip>
