Terrible story, I feel for you and your family, personally I would try and get pictures of the evil miscreants and put them on a poster stating 'ข่มขืน' (rapists) and put up 100 of them all around the village. That should get someone's attention!

Ok I know my son is only three and a half but he is struggling to talk. He understands English and says the odd word but has no understanding of Thai. Is it normal for dual nationality kids to be late talkers? We have put him in international school since January and there is small improvement. Basically I want to feel good if people have similar problems :-)

Thanks again everyone, I have the money in an SQ account but do not have a Thai account as I cannot open a bank account. Is it possible to open one if I don't have a work permit or residency visa?

Hi everyone, new to this so need some help/advice. For the last 4 years I have travelled on a 1 year non imm O visa, multiple entry. Usually due to work I leave Thailand anyway before the 90 day stint finishes, on the odd occasion I have travelled to SQ for a new stamp.

I have always obtained this visa from Hull / Liverpool consulates in UK however I want to know can I obtain the visa in Singapore or elsewhere instead of going back to the UK?.
