  1. You write with such formal legalese-style conviction. However, you are totally wrong. Neither prostitution, nor soliciting the services of a prostitute, is illegal in Thailand.
  2. Which brand?
  3. 1. I think you only need 200k for Thai child? But, yes, (non-seasoned) money is required everywhere now ... except perhaps Ho Chi Min city. 2. The 60-day extension is allowed on the back of any type of visa (and on top of visa exemption too).
  4. Yes No I don't think that visa is available nearby. But you can re-enter and get an O visa here. No

  7. Working will give you a path to citizenship.
  8. My extension got moved to my new passport, in 2019. Maybe the regulation that you quoted only applies when someone had received a truncated extension. (But there would be no logical reason to do that.)
  9. As of recently, US passports also no longer need the letter
  10. But if it is pension income that is not taxable in your home country, then your argument doesn't apply. You could end up having to pay tax on your formerly tax-free pension.
  11. "widely" or "wildly"?
  12. 1. You are not registered as "de facto spouse" at the Land Office nor anywhere else. 2. Yes, a copy of the Chanote should be good enough, along with the original blue book. As would a letter from her stating that you live in her house, together with her original blue book. Or you could bring her with you. But, ultimately, you need to ask YOUR local office what THEY want to see.
