I have the waiver already but I'm taking diploma in education so that I won't have to apply for the waiver again. the university requested this document from me. I think it's just the Transcript IF Record from my previous university. thanks for reply and I'm sorry if I confused you with my incomplete post.

I'm a teacher here in Thailand but I didn't graduate as a teacher. so I've been applying for the teachers licence waiver for sometime now. I finally decided to do diploma in education and I'll graduate this month but one of the many requirements is this "1.4. Original TOR; Honorable Dismissal; Authenticated TOR for foreigners" and I have no idea what that is. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks guys. I still need help on the visa extension question though. I'll still have two weeks left on my current visa when I go for the next extension. Do I have to go out first or are they just going to give me the regular 1 year extension?

The work permit will still be valid for two weeks when I go for the renewal. Does it mean they'll cancel it?

Thank you guys for replying. I thought we have to get the visa extension first before we can apply for a work permit, I've always done it that way since I've been working here. I think the school can get the paperwork ready by next week but my visa expires on april 10. So I still have time

I just changed to a new school and I'll be working there next semester. So my question is 1) am I going to get the usual 1 year visa when I go for renewal or do I have to go out and get a tourist visa first? 2) I have a work permit with the current school, are they going to just renew my current work permit or are they going to issue a new one? She will require proof of marriage and your passport showing the extension of stay as well as normal TM.7/photo/fee/copies of her passport/departure card. Suspect with you would be best. Marriage proof is in English?

I'm a south african working here as a teacher. I have a one year visa and a work permit that will expire on April 2014. My wife is not Thai and she's staying here on a Non-o visa that will expire on Oct 28th, 2013 and we are thinking to go for an extension of stay tomorrow. I have a couple of questions and i'll really appreciate it if anyone could help.

1. She wants to stay here until the middle of November but her visa runs out at the end on oct 28th. My question is...Is it possible for her to just get a 30 days non-o visa extension? if yes,what documents do we need?

2. If she can't get a month extension,is any extension possible at all? if yes,what documents are required?
