No she want to turn behind the red truck. And the motor bike hindered her. BTW I didn't see a turning indicator her or the truck. MB was at fault but her stopping in the middle of the road instead of making and completing her turn is beyond words.

I really do not believe any nation is hoarding vaccines that could be used in other countries with all the vaccines that have expired and destroyed world wide. It is the govt's of these 2nd and 3rd world countries who are not allowing the distribution of vaccines. Either because of corruption or waiting on a different one. Or haggling about price, as Thailand did and got behind the curve. Or as some EU countries did with not wanting AZ vaccine. Or countries not wanting J&J's because of a rare blood problem. Even China's watered down one is better than none to start the ball rolling.
