It has Tour written on the front window. Sombat Tour to be exact. Why wouldnt you think it is not a tour bus? In Thailand these are all called Tour buses.

Each country has a different standard of what is considered vaccinated. If you are going to Malaysia 3 doses is considered vaccinated. Most other countries in the world two doses is considered vaccinated.

When I look at the images of him, He has bandages on feet, right leg to knee, forehead and right hand. No mention of the type of motorcycle.
