Hey I arrived in Thailand on a visa exemption and I just handed in my Non-imm O (marriage) visa application. Got two questions: 1. Does my wife have to be with me when I pick up the visa? It's difficult because of her work. 2. Do I need to update my book bank to show the 400K THB when picking up the visa? I know both are true for the 12 mo marriage extension but for the actual visa application I'm thinking it might not be necessary.

Hey https://www.immigration.go.th/?page_id=20131 When you go there and click on Chaeng Wattana to book a visa appointment there's a website error. Have been like that for at least 1 day. I've tried two different browsers. Anyone else have this issue? Or have they changed the website where you make visa appointments?

I thought the documents needed for the Non-O (marriage) was the same as the 1 year marriage extension? How are the documents required different? Thank you.

Hi I'm about to get the Non-O visa (marriage) and then get the 1 year marriage extension. Is the 1 yr extension added on the last day that my O visa expires or on the day they approve the extension? After I got my O visa, I would prefer to just apply for the 1 yr extension on the same day or the day after to have it all done. But only if the 1 yr is added on the last day of the O visa. Hi I entered on a 30 day visa exemption and I just got my 60 days extension to visit my Thai wife. Next I’m gonna get the Non-O visa and after that the 1 year extension based on marriage. Got a few questions about this: 1. Is the 90 days for the O visa added on top of my 60 days extension (the last day of my permitted stay) or will the 90 days start when they stamp the visa into my passport? 2. On the Thai Immigration website they say that they need "Letter from a government office, embassy or consulate, certifying that the applicant is a member of the referred family" - What is this exactly? I can't remember providing that document last time. We got married abroad and have already registered the marriage in Thailand and got the Kror Ror 22. Neither of us changed our last name. 3. When booking an appointment online for the Chaeng Wattana Immigration 1 building, is the correct category "Visa Issuing and Changing type of Visa"? Thank you.

When getting a new print/copy of the Kror Ror 22, can you do so at any Amphur or does it have to be a specific one (for example where you first went to register the marriage)?

Hey When you apply for the 60 day extension and later on the 1 year extension based on marriage, do you need a recent Kror Ror 22 copy/recent print from their registry? I got one copy which is probably 1-2 years old and hoping that will work.

How do you avoid getting scammed though? Asked a few on Facebook marketplace and they don’t wanna do cash on delivery. Just upfront payment.

Could someone explain what these documents are? Finally, the Kor Ror 22 copy. Does it have to be from the last 30 days or is an older one fine? Thank you.

I've had that extension once before so I've got the 400K THB in a Thai bank account already. But it seems like before I get the 1 year marriage extension I need to get a 90 day O visa (marriage) first so I'm wondering: Which documents do I need to get the 90 day O visa (marriage)? When booking an appointment at Cheang Wattana immigration, do I choose "Visa Issuing and Changing type of Visa" or "Extension Visa For Visit spouse"? I'll make sure to apply for the visa at least 15 days before my current permitted stay expires and I'll have my wife join me when applying for the visa. Is there anything else I need to know? Thank you. Yes I got everything done and ready for the 1 yr marriage extension. I've gotten it once before so bank account and 400K+ THB for 2 months is no issue. So since I entered on a visa exempt/visa on arrival, I first need to get a 90 day non-imm O visa (based on marriage) and after that I can get the 1 year extension based on marriage? And this can all be done while I'm in Thailand? Lastly, any good threads on how to get the 90 day non-imm O visa (marriage) when you've already entered on a visa exempt? Thank you!

Hey. On the KBANK mobile app when there's a charge it only says "Debit card spending" or "Direct Debit" and "Channel" which often just says "E-commerce" or "Online Direct Debit". Banking apps in other countries typically tells you which company charged you. Without that info it's hard to understand what all your charges are for. Is there a way to see which company charged you? Thank you.

Great! What about the TM47 in the case of leaving Thailand and coming back on a re-entry permit? I'm supposed to do the next 90 day report in late June but I'm leaving now and wont be back in Thailand until late July.
