It's not a discount. It's non-Thais, many holding work permits and paying tax, being hugely overcharged. Who then go on to boycott national parks in Thailand. I'm English. If I visit the Tower of London, I pay the same as Thai visitors. Otherwise it'd be discrimination. And illegal.
