I overstayed 10 days - its my mistake, I confused 60 days with 90 days report.

Learned about when had flight out  officers were very nice, told me no problem just have to pay 5000 and no need to worry.

But me still worrie about - can be any issue when I return to Bkk? I will have at me 20k baht, and rest have mukti entry visa. Never ever overstayed earlier, not spen all year in Th (just arround half year at last few years).

Now i send more documents to them: prove about that I own 2 companies, and evidence about 1.400.000 THB.

Lets see if this will be enough. I just surprised because of this experience. (About this time out period - i read about this earlier, asked embassy staff if this matters at me - they told, no.)

applied for a half year tourist visa with multipe entries but it was not aproved at first - at embassy (in Europe) they told that I been to many times, and have to show more evidence that I have companies, money in my country. (At first I show bank statement about 250K THB.)

I can do this, so i just ask some informations if this happens to anyone, or if its a normal issue, or its a bad sign for future? ???? Usually spend 2-3 times 2-3 month in TH, now first time that I applied for a half year visa.

Another question: if they reject then still can go for 30 days (for this period I dont need visa)?

Ubonjoe, exactly that topics I read now. :) Just one more question: at extension should bring flight ticket? I saw at that topics from you that no... (for me better if change flight ticket after get extension). And: at some topics I read that sometimes immigration officers can ask for prov that I have income at home, etc: should for any case print come statment about bankaccounts, companies at home, or doesnt matters.

Yes, I got 30 days extension before my first flight out. So, this had yet: 60 days visa + 30 days extension + flew out and back for 30 days ... and now want to repeat flight out.

see my situation: i come at december with tourist visa, after I extended with 30 days, after traveled for one day trip to cambodia (with airplane) - and now I would like to make again this one day trip. (Just for second time, after will go home.)

Is risky this, can I have any problems at immigration, or can affect this if at summer want to back with tourist visa?

I just confirm, I know about this rule (2 X visa exempt at land borders), but no, he says clearly (at first time, and at second time, at call also): airport, 2 entry at 3 month. This when I go with no visa, and its a new rule. So, for sure I not confused any info, maybe just the guy - but he take care visa at this embassy at last 10+ years.

So, I hope not created any confusions with this, but this about I learned today.

I called back embassy to get more infos - its about when you have no visa (visa-exempt), in this case can just 2 times entry at intervall of 3 month.

just got my tourist visa and staff from embassy (eu country) told that can just 2 times visit Thailand/ 3 month. So, its not possible for exemple to travel 3 times to Hongkong when I'm tourist in TH (I not confuse with 1-entry visa, was not about that I will lose my visa if I do like this - he told clearly, its about that in 3 month can just 2 times entry to TH).

Do you have any news about?

first: I'm not troll, and my post is not a joke. Maybe is a bit stupid, can not say that is not - but I never meet with this problem before. About asking directly Bf: yes, I will do, but anyway, before I live in many countrys, and never needed to do this - if something worked, than needed nothing to ask, and was enough few days to get results.

About my first post: the question was just that I found strange that I get almost 1 gift/ week from a woman, and after she refuse my invitation. In all my life was this rule before:

- gifts, smiley, etc. = will be something,

- just smiley talk = nothing, just a bit flirting.

Fir this situation I get just 2+1 explication:

- 2: see my first post,

- 1: what told here other people too: she has no this kind of interest.

Yes, I not think that is polite to ask - I never asked from a girl before, I always now from instinct what is the situation. (Anyway, I think was enough invitation to go see a movie to show my intentions.) Here I know also from instict that something is not OK (can not happen that two people like each other, meet almost everyday, many month, and nothing happens), I just gave the chance to ask here if maybe it's some thai reason, for exemple:

- good girl waite to see if the farang will stay long-term here, not just few month..

- is because she is high-society girl, and maybe that can be a reason why is so hard to have results.

If this 2 reason is not true, hm, than I think left nothing else....

new on this forum, but maybe the question will be well known and old: how can I know if a thai girl like me as a man?

In last 6 month I go many, maniy times in a good restaurant where the owner, a thai woman is allways nice with me, we talk sometimes many hours, sometimes I get some gift from here, and I also bring something gifts, she smiley, I'm smiley, but nothing happens. Once I try to invite to go out, but she refuse me (she told first yes, after one week that she has no time because busy with business on that weekend), long time later maybe she wanted to invite me, but I'm not sure (she told something what I not understud clearly, but was so stupid guy to ask...)... What I know, she come from a really famous family, can be this a probleme? Or she just nice, so nice because I'm a customer there? (That is not logic me, I not think that she can talk about many personal things also for other people). Or it's about just friendly smiley-talk? (At home if a girl allways smiley on me, and give gifts that means more as just smiley-talk.)

I don't know if she has bf, or not - I don't think nice to ask this, but anyway, I never see a bf there, or she never mentioned if she have.

The probleme, I really like her, between many local girls, and other person she is just that one person howthinks same as me, and can talk about everything.

my feelings says that maybe she like me, but something is not OK - I don't know, so the question for Thailand-experts: can be something because she is thai, and something works differend?
