There thousands upon thousands of un-sold condos on the market already, due to over supply, my guess people are doing Internet searches as to find a bargain also due to the weakening Baht, then when or if the economy picks up they re-sell, these people are called speculators and happens all over the world...

This situation is now critical, but yet there is still no great urgency to vaccinate by this Government, Cha Cha. Maybe tomorrow attitude....
Also the borrowing of another 30 billion Baht,.. Where is all this money going, I don't see any improvement in people's life style, people are still queing all day for food hand outs, (which is disgraceful and inhumane ) and still more business are going to the wall...

Totally agree, with all the research and testing that has gone on before all round the World,, and now Thailand wants to do its own research, but a little late in the day...., and the 40,000 for new variants isn't going to go far if there is a new variant. Its just a circus......
