    That would be "no" then.

Please note, I'm not saying you're wrong. But it's very, let's say "unwise", to go throwing accusations around willy nilly, particularly in a country where libel / defamation is a criminal (yes you can go to jail) offence. Also note, that in Thai law, a statement does not have to be untrue to be considered libelous.

If you think  my topic violate thai law you can delete it.

Have you actually bought fruit etc and had it tested for the chemicals you "suspect" have been used?

Please be very, very careful what you post, anything that could identify a specific seller could (probably won't) land you in a world of hurt.

I am thinking to buy some device to test chemicals in fruits and vegs especially pesticides and formaldehyde. If i will find some dangerous chemicals above permitted level where i can complain?

  3. I noticed food from fresh markets is poisoned. Every time i tried to buy fruits and vegetables from markets like ratanakorn, wanasin  or any local fresh markets and eat it i feet really bad. It could be anything from strong headache, liver pain or hearth. If I buy same fruits from BIGC or Makro i have no issues. I suspect some market sellers threat fruits and veggies with formalin or formaldehide, cause they have no fridge like big supermarkets. I tried to investigate this problem and saw they spray sometimes fruits or put some liquid on them and it does not look like water cause have color. I also saw how they threat market in nong prue near railroad with pesticides. They use few cars with tanks and pour gray gaz on market, it smelled very strong, no one was allowed to go to market closer than 100 meters. Gaz cloud in diameter around 200 meters covered the whole market. It reminded me chemical weapon use in World War 1.

Conclusion - never ever buy any food from markets.

No, you need to be put down. Every so called soi dog has someone who regularly feeds it, even the rough looking mangy ones have a looker after.

People like you supporting dogs terrorism are putting society in danger. You know how many people were injured by stupid stray dogs, how many babies? When you or you children will be bitten and injured you will understand the best solution is to put them down. Same way as they do in Japan and many others advanced countries.

How about a bounty of 100 baht for every dead dog . will help the poor raise some cash and get rid of these disease ridden filthy dogs.

Excellent idea. The problem is with current government it is not possible. You know 20 stray dogs encircled police officer with his pregnant wife and dogs growls and tried to attack, Officer used gun and killed one dog and injured another. After that officer had a lot of problems, i do not what happened to police officer later, may be he payed fine or suspended from work. The worst thing about this story no one cared about wife and him, but some idiots payed to cure injured dog in hospital, rather than put down all that 20 dogs and started campaign to cleaning thai streets from them.

    IMO its quite simple:

    1) The Dog is owned, with a Collar and and must be on a leash whenever in a public area - the Owner is fully responsible.

    2) The Dog is 'un-owned' has no collar, is considered a 'Soi-Dog' - The City / Authorities are fully responsible for their failure to make the street clear of stray dogs.

It really is that simple. However, add a little laziness, lashings of 'can't give a t0$$' and a massive dollop of avoiding responsibility and accountability and we have children getting attached and everyone avoiding the root issues.

Unfortunately not so easy. Dog can have collar, so it is owned by someone, but who own it no one knows.

Sterilization is 100% useless. First it does not remove dogs from soi. It affects only males dogs, one non sterilized dog can give sperm to hundreds of female dogs, so no dog population reduction at all. Also it is expensive procedure. Things that really work are injection, gas camera and gun shot.

Stray dogs are a protected species here but it cannot even be explained or discussed why this is, what a country!

Today two big black dogs come into our gated community. Security and our management do not care at all. One stray dog with 4 puppies were living in our community toilet, so I cannot go inside cause it growls. I have two small pom pom dogs, people have children and small dogs too, many our dogs were bitten by street dogs.

I discussed this issue with my wife and only thing she can tell me if i do not like dogs, i should go my country. Bullshit i like dogs and have two. There is huge difference if dog small, manged properly and go outside only on handle. We have empty area near gated community there many wild dogs live and some people come here by motorbikes and give food for them. You know how i hate this situation. What should i do go complain to police or local authorities?

  9. I would call this problem as a Dog Terrorism, and there are many people who support this terrorism. It is government who responsible for this situation. They introduced laws in Thailand with 40 000 baht fine to kill stray dog, they ban dog  trade to Vietnam. Many people go and give food for stray dogs. As a result dogs grow, multiply numbers and attack people and motorbikes. Dog can bite people and escape unpunished and you cannot do anything about it. I have an impression what dogs vote for government here, but not people.

This dog problem can be solved in one month entirely in the whole country just by passing few laws.

    1. Fine for killing stray dog is removed.

    2. Police go street and collect dogs, if dog  is not claimed for 10 days it is disposed.

3 Intrนduce fine for feeding stray dogs.

    4. Introduce fine for letting dog go outside house unleashed.

    5. Let people carry guns and use them for self defense against dogs.

If government has no money for collecting and disposing stray dogs, it needs to let people do that themselves, by allowing to carry guns and shoot at dogs with no owners.

Sadly, the current PCX model doesn't have ABS - hopefully Honda will correct this - but doesn't Honda's CBS (Combined Braking System) also help to reduce the likelihood of wheel lockups?

CBS is a useful feature, just to make things work easier. You press one brake and it automatically brakes with two wheels. No need to press two brakes with both hands. Unfortunately it does not help with wheel lockups. I would like to see more scooters and big bikes have CBS and ABS at the same time.

You never sat on a Exmotion so how can you say that a MSlaz have a more comfortable riding position??

Easy, I can compare by image and measure distances on my computer.

    For example these two images

    ag.png

    Honda-CB150R-ExMotion-studio-right-side.jpg
As you can see, Mslaz  has taller seat and more room for legs. Also handlebar on mslaz located higher and closer to seat as a result Mslaz has less lean forward and more upright body position.
  12. The problem is not only the speed. In Europe speeds on roads are faster, but death rate is low. The problem is how people drive and how roads are designed.

Every days I see scooter driver going opposite to traffic flow, they think if they drive close to center or close to pedestrian side they can drive opposite to traffic flow. Police do not do anything against that. in Europe driving opposite to traffic flow is big fine and driver license suspension.

Cars riding too close to vehicle in front. Many time going with speed close to speed limit i noticed cars drive behind me just in two or three meters wanting i let he or she to pass me, cause they want speeding and everyone let them do that.

When some motorcycles or scooters turn they also drive 50 or even 100 meters against traffic flow.

No protective gear, no helmets, majority of helmets cannot protect, people do not fasten helmets. They ride on 125cc scooters 80 km/h, riding on click or fino so fast is like a suicide.

There are many vehicles on roads like advertisement cars or scooters with self made prams, they should not be allowed on the roads.

Many roads have no pedestrian sides. Pedestrian, dogs, cars, motorcycles go same line. I would notice the dog problem, so many accidents due to dog sleep and walk on roads.

Looks a good bike, Have ABS, gear indicator, upright riding position and tall seat. You know this bike has seat height 795 mm same as kawasaki z900. Rear wheel is 150cm wide, bigger than most 300cc bikes, but MSlaz still have more comfortable riding position and cheaper.

  14. Today I've been in bike shop near BigC. They sell scooters and 150-300cc big bikes there. Absolutely no Honda big bikes, only Yamaha and Suzuki. One year ago this shop had mostly Honda big bikes. I suspect Honda stopped making cbr150 and cbr300 and now is updating factory process to new 150 and 300cc models. I think we will see new cb150 and  cb300 soon.

  15. They sell now at Yamaha dealer 2016 year models with reduced price and free premium insurance. I am now a happy owner of Mt7. I can give MT7 excellent review. Motorcycle is very comfortable, a lot of space for legs, very soft suspension. It rides like a boat, i do not feel patches and holes on road at all. Before I had Yamaha R3 with hard suspension, very little space for legs and even no rubber on footpegs. I felt pain in knee when riding over concrete roads with a lot of patches. With Mt7 all knee problems had gone. This bike is so well balanced, even on ultra low speed i do not need to put foots on ground.  Engine amazing, it starts from traffic light so fast with very little throttle. Very smooth cornering and excellent handling.

  16. NMax is amazing scooter, very comfortable riding position. I can seat on  it like a cruiser. It handles road perfectly fine even at 70-90 kmph. ABS on both front and rear,  excellent braking, very easy to ride. Very good wind protection, when running on my sport bike i get sand in my eyes and incoming bugs heat my neck, this never happens on Nmax.

I have only one small complain  - mirrors vibrates at slow speed, but i do not mind.
