Just remember that AstraZenica is being made here in Thailand and will be released in June. I know that there will be a lot of idiotic comments from many idiots on here but just remember that it does not matter where AstraZenica is made it is made following the same formula that is used in every country that makes it. The biggest problem with getting any vaccine is that every country is competing with every other country to get vaccine for their own country and there are not that many companies making the vaccine and having it registered and approved by each individual country for their use. It is easy to sit back and criticize but non of you could do any better.

I do not think restrictions are the issue. The issue is the never ending length of restrictions and being unable to plan positively for the end of them as you have no end date for return to normality.

Just to add to my post.....we looked at the same apartment with two different agents.....(long story)......we went ahead, without thinking about it, with the second agent......all hell broke loose.....they all know each other and exactly who is doing what.......

We were told in no uncertain terms to go with the the first agent and the second agent begged us to explain that he hadn't tried anything on and he apologized profusely to the first agent.......

It's really nasty of you to go with an agent and then go through with the 2nd agent. How do you think agents make a living and feed their family? Shame on you to be so inconsiderate.

  2. If I was the landlord I would handle it as follows:

    * give them May and June a 30% reduction on the rent.

    * from 1st July onwards rent back to contract level.

This way you have showed some form of empathy and compassion for the situation while not compromising the deal as I guess 3 years lease is still good income.

You have a contract for a fixed term of 3 years. This is legally binding and them moving out or stop paying the rent would be a breach of contract, which you can fight in Court. It does not matter if it is registered at the Land department or not.

    Be wise and good luck!

Covid outbursts and clusters  has no dates. We all need to chip in to try and reduce the spread of Covid.

And finally only vaccination will do the trick.

  4. I will add that in my next requirement list:

    1) no telephone addict. I do not appreciate at all those who are mobile focussed all the time. You can't have any decent life with them.

    2) And I need a woman who has a decent job and a proper own income.

    3) She needs to be charming and cute, not per definition pretty.

    4) Well educated too. Can't stand those girls anymore that do not understand what I am saying.

    5) And if I feel she is in to get money out of me, bye bye... I do not mind to take care of the person I love, but dont love my money more than you love me....

    6) You may be a bitch on the bed, but not a lazy couch bitch.

    And also:

    7) As long as I  not an old grumpy ass, don't try to change me. I am too old for that.

    And

???? keep your Thai soap series drama screams for yourself, I am having none of it.

    Possible to find? ❤️

This is why i paid for land and house never to have this problem again, owners will always want their property back at some stage, happened to me after 3yrs, everything in the house mine, dogs and cats etc. Could not find anywhere in the area where we are happy.

I would be very careful to buy a house. What if they suddenly open a karaoke next door or the dogs of the neigbor bark all night. With a rent you can move out, with a buy you are stuck. This is Thailand so not much you can do when it goes wrong...

  6. I used to be a fan of Big C due to their large choice and imported products.

Since a couple of years they went the Makro way. Changed the lanes, the color of the lights and there was suddenly Far less choice and... recently indeed an increase in prices for the import products.

Definitely not my preferred anymore. Will look for alternatives.
