I have friends flying on China Southern next week who require a covid RT-PCR test for their flight.

Would appreciate where the best place to do a RT-PCR test in Pattaya and also Sri Racha

Looking for a reputable jeweller with the view to purchasing a 1-2 carat diamond ring of very good cut, colour and clarity in Pattaya. Does anyone have experience with Gems Gallery or Precious Gems on North Pattaya Rd? Or any other recommendations would be appreciated.

Best option is Arden Hotel and Residence. North end of Pattaya but close to Klang. Great rooms, large, spacious and well fitted. Extremely clean and modern.

Travellodge is also good value and has fantastically wonderful beds however there is road construction on the soi currently.

You get what you pay for.

My experience was quite the opposite. Sloppy service, very disjointed advice and extortionist fees. I would never use them again.

I can highly recommend The Quarter Lard Prao. Modern building and great, large rooms. Fantastic beds & bathroom. In that part of town with your budget, I wouldn't stay anywhere else! Hope this helps.

Just remember that a lot of people are also ordering very small orders for delivery to "season" their address for visa co-habitation purposes with their partner who they might be intending to take back to their home country. Although I do not live at Centric Sea, I'm also doing this in my condo (around 30 deliveries per week combined in both our names) to prove that we live together which is a requirement to apply for partnership type visas in some countries.

Best steak hands down is at Playa Bar & Bistro on Beach Rd, North Pattaya. Expensive but worth it. All of the food I have had there is also excellent & is a very well run establishment.

Speaking from experience, I would NOT recommend Magna Carta Law on South Pattaya Rd - quite a ripoff, very expensive and they try to exort as much as possible from you.

No that's completely incorrect. Dr Pongsakorn Warin only has one practice and works at The H Smile Dental Clinic on Pattaya 3rd Road, who should not be confused with Dr Warin Leekpai who works at Dental Care Center on Pattaya Klang,. He is also highly regarded. 

Yes definately Dr Pongsakorn Warin at this practice. He is my dentist.

Dr Pongsakorn Warin is a top dentist and specialist in crowns. He also speaks good English.

Don't forget to visit Ice Cream Queen on Jomtien Beach and Khao Doi coffee. Best icecream ever, made in house. Coconut the best flavour in my opinion. Great milkshakes and cakes, and wonderful coffee next door. Not to be missed!

I found recently when travelling on two occasions on Pattaya Second Rd up to the dolphin roundabout, they charge 10 baht. If you want to continue back down beach rd, they want another 10 baht. I believe the correct price should be 10 baht anywhere on the route, however it appears they are conspiring together to increase prices to perceived tourists.

I looked into these hotels for my folks but was put off by the hoards of tourists arriving from the largest country in South Asia.

Top Charoen Optical on south pattaya rd, opposite Tukcom. Highly reputable and one of the cheapest. Optometrist speaks English.

Yes. It proves you both reside at the same address. Cohabitation is looked at very carefully for the partnership based visa we are applying for.

Not that it is at all relevant to my question, however to sustain your curiousity, I need to collect proof of deliveries to my address for myself and my significant other to support a visa application for my partner offshore. And yes, I leave the house all the time, drive to Bangkok several times a week for business. Thanks for asking.

I've been ordering on BigC, Foodland, Powerbuy and Grab for food and household items, and would be interested in hearing about other useful online shopping sites for food or other household items which offer delivery in Pattaya.

Just need it for use in the mall not on pavement.
