All the telcos have deals for tourists. AIS is the best network and has superior coverage throughout the kingdom. Also if you have a 5G capable device, their 5G network is awesome.

Best option is Arden Hotel and Residence. North end of Pattaya but close to Klang. Great rooms, large, spacious and well fitted. Extremely clean and modern. Travellodge is also good value and has fantastically wonderful beds however there is road construction on the soi currently.

Australian beef is much drier and tougher than alternatives unfortunately, as much so that I would never order Australian beef even if its been sous-vide.

I can highly recommend The Quarter Lard Prao. Modern building and great, large rooms. Fantastic beds & bathroom. In that part of town with your budget, I wouldn't stay anywhere else! Hope this helps.

Just remember that a lot of people are also ordering very small orders for delivery to "season" their address for visa co-habitation purposes with their partner who they might be intending to take back to their home country. Although I do not live at Centric Sea, I'm also doing this in my condo (around 30 deliveries per week combined in both our names) to prove that we live together which is a requirement to apply for partnership type visas in some countries.

Best steak hands down is at Playa Bar & Bistro on Beach Rd, North Pattaya. Expensive but worth it. All of the food I have had there is also excellent & is a very well run establishment.

Don't forget to visit Ice Cream Queen on Jomtien Beach and Khao Doi coffee. Best icecream ever, made in house. Coconut the best flavour in my opinion. Great milkshakes and cakes, and wonderful coffee next door. Not to be missed!

I found recently when travelling on two occasions on Pattaya Second Rd up to the dolphin roundabout, they charge 10 baht. If you want to continue back down beach rd, they want another 10 baht. I believe the correct price should be 10 baht anywhere on the route, however it appears they are conspiring together to increase prices to perceived tourists.

I looked into these hotels for my folks but was put off by the hoards of tourists arriving from the largest country in South Asia.
