Stop seeing these as individual attempts to quit. You may have slip-ups after a week or year or two years or longer but just see it as that and not a failure.

I'll be 'clean' 7 years this Cristmas. Not smoked for 5 but several slip ups in the first 2 years. Some lasting a month or more.

I've been in Phuket for 4 years and have always used 3BB but their internet is getting slower and slower with them not resolving it. 

I'd like to speak to ToT and find out if they can supply fiber to my house but can't find any English help. With 3BB, I'd go to their 'shop' on the island. 

How does one go about getting ToT set up?

I stand by my statement about the meaning of contraflow. The correct term would be  reversible system.
