    better HWP acts and fines the Aholes driving on the 2 nd and 3rd lane at 70 km/hr or not moving on the fast lane at 90km/hr. The first lane is always empty, get them to move to the left, as the signs say: slower traffic left. Then one doesn't need to undertake on highways and act recklessly.

    its not stealing if you find money on the street...in a wallet or with ID is a different thing, and I also agree it should be returned to the rightful owner in that case. If I found just the money on the street, I would thank buddha and have a beer. 🙂
