who else thought of the movie when reading this title?
I did, but more the books. Brilliant trilogy and recommended for those who have not read or watched the movies.
Houdini's Harlot Harem; Poo Ying Picked the Lock while the Policeman Picked his Nose; The Dragon in the Wagon; Police on the Fleece; She Gave me a Blow, so I Let her Go
Nice stuff local drunk, I would not let her put her teeth anywhere near something that valuable and I would not touch her with a brown paperbag handcuffs and a knife, drunk or sober.
Face like a dropped pie, UGH
Tom Wait's 9th & Hennepin came to mind.
Such a crumbling beauty ah,
There's nothing wrong with her that a hundred dollars won't fix.
She has that razor sadness that only gets worse.
With the clang and the thunder of the Southern Pacific going by
And the clock ticks out like a dripping faucet
Till you're full of rag water and bitters and blue ruin
And you spill out over the side to anyone who'll listen
And I've seen it all
I've seen it all through the yellow windows of the evening train

It doesn't matter that they boycott the meeting. The Senate will nominate a PM and it will be approved.

These thugs break into a military compound, says a lot for the quality of the armed forces of Thailand, let's hope they don't have to protect the country from outside forces. Try breaking into a military compound in Australia to kidnap the Prime Minister or acting P.M. you would probably find yourself dead.
They didn't "break in" to anything... They strolled in, and there is nothing in the article to suggest it was a kidnap attempt.

May I suggest, if it turns out to be 2 people a high powered sniper rifle. Stand them back to back and only waste 1 bullet on such utter vermin. The harming/murder of kids needs to be met with the harshest sentence possible not rehabilitation. After all we don't try and rehabilitate a rabid dog do we.
I say, "hand them over to the villagers."

I googled her and went to images and clicked on the site.
Seems she was involved in the topless casino caper where a few punters paid her and a mate to go topless.
And that apparently makes you famous!
Parrot it's amazing. There are actually some things we can agree upon!

There's vote buying on both sides so what's new!
The yellows jumped on rent a crowd and they themselves practice this.
Some posters on here want corruption complelty stamped out before elections.
Well it ain't going to happen no matter who's running the show.
And it's not only Thailand who has corrupt governments it's all over the world.
How about agreeing on having governors elected before elections take place?
OK... So Nicky is making a suggestion at reforming the government. What do you think parrot? Is that a good idea or a bad idea? It's called negotiating.

Hey, the cops know where she is, when they need another bottle of Scotch, they'll find her.

5K a week = "drug baron"? Me thinks not.
Off topic, but what bird is that in your avatar? It's a lovely little creature.
Banded Kingfisher. Taken in Kao Yai National Park, Thailand if I remember correctly.
Thanks, and to put this back on topic; what do you think of the Jail Bird's pic?

Isn't TCC Lands owned/controlled by TCC Assets?
TCC Assets is owned by the wealthiest man in Thailand, Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi.
I believe his family wields great power and influence and it is unwise to be on the wrong side of the family's multinational conglomerate.
I agree with you for once. I even liked your post. I would have liked it even more if you'd had a bit of a go at TCC.

Famous ?
Sun Marisa became the talk of the town in December, 2011 when her nude photos, which were taken in a casino she was paid to stand around topless, were shared online. The model handed herself in and was fined THB500 after the incident.
Do these people really have an understanding of the words famous and hub. No need to answer, I know already.
More importantly, do they understand the word nude? I would not classify topless as being nude.
This thread is worthless without pictures.
Not so worthless now.
I prefer the pussy in your avatar to be honest...

Stradavarius37, you must really love Thaksin. You seem to give him so much credits. You have various types of citizens with various educational levels and experiences. They can analyze the political matter and make the decisions for themselves.
Excuse me
The majority of Thailand love Thaksin, thats what a vote proves, 1vote 1 person. Seems like the yellows dont like this, and want to keep the majority down, scared they might get more education and wealth.
"1vote 1 person"
That's the way it generally works, unless your a PTP MP voting on a 2.2 trillion baht infrastructure bill.
Ahem, there wasn't a vote on the 2.2 Trillion Baht Infrastructure Bill. It was ruled unconstitutional - part of the checks and balances, remember.

Have I been to a red village lately ? Yes
Have I been to a yellow village lately ? Yes
A real big one called bangkok!
Then please compare or contrast the two based on your vast experiences in both?

Question to ask is "who would leave their ID card linking them to criminal evidence"? Obviously not a mental giant or maybe a setup with a planted or stolen ID card. Just too easy to believe.
The "Popcorn" gunman hasn't been heard from lately, has he?

My government?
It's not my government or your government it's the thai people government!
And the thai people should have the right to vote for whatever party they chose. Not being told who will govern them by people who crave power by the way of intimidating bullying and blocking people their basic right to vote.
So the yellows claim they have the numbers. That's a good thing!
Now call for an election and all parties put up their policies and go for it!
The only problem I see lately is that the leader of the democrats has been missing in action for a few days now.Not one statement from him on anything.
I just hope he is doing his own planning for Thailands future and gives the people other alternatives to chose from.
Sutep should be made irrelevant and as for the mad monk he has his own plans if sutep fails and who knows what's install then!

"the concrete walls used to block the wind had failed to withstand the winds and had collapsed on to the roof of the entrance building."
That should probably read as "the unreinforced concrete block wall" failed to withstand the winds.
Very sad.

They certainly had the funds to build their new HQ... I'd love to see the environmental impact report on this one, or any other tower built in Thailand.

What is this notion that everyone should have a job? What is this thought that because you graduated from a university you deserved to be employed and that you're somehow entitled to money because you got the sheep skin? A few of the questions I ask all of my Uni students. Ha ha ha...
I usually tell them, "You're only ever going to get what someone else is willing to pay for your services and that here are perhaps two ways to make money."
1. Doing something that no one else can do.
2. Doing something that no one else is willing to do.
