  1. No, UK State pension is not enough for you to live on in Thailand.

Well you could survive on a very basic level until you have Medical or other financial probs.

Now with the High exchange rate of B53 it would give you say B20,000 a month.

In the years I have been coming to Thailand I have seen B22 and Over B100 to £.

And with prospect of next UK Gov being Labour I would not have long term faith in a High £.

When did you see 22 and over 100 baht to the pound.

  2. Who in their right mind drinks montclair wine

People who object to paying 399 baht for the total crap they now mostly have in the bins at Rimping? When it was 333 baht, they had some pretty good stuff, now its 399 baht, not only has it gone up by 20% the good stuffs gone and been replaced by bottles that taste worse than Montclair!!

Work out the math, 1000 baht for 5 litres or 399 baht for 75 centilitres of similar tasting stuff, and theres your answer!

So you drink it because its the cheapest crap then

  3. That's not football. Football is NFL. That other stuff is "futbol". For short guys. For people that can get excited about 3 hours of no scoring, and fans killing each other in the stands.

    I agree, to some degree.

Firstly, AFL is a game for MEN. Secondly. Soccer is a Girl's Game but I agree, it is fun watching the fans scratch each other's eyes out in the stands and then like GIRLS, start kicking each other. Thirdly.... What is "NFL?"

  4. It is not that hard.

Get form from Chiang Mai Immigration web site and complete it. Make sure you check requirements to make sure nothing changed.

Show up at Immigration at about 7 am and get in the first queue outside

Have copies of face page and all Thai visa pages of her passport

You will get to the front desk and they will give you another queue number for 90 report. They begin processing at about 8:30 am

If you ar there early you should be out within an hour of getting into 90 day queue.

Another waco who goes to do a 90 day report 1&half hours before they open and when he could any other time of the day and be in and out in at the most 1 hour

  5. I have heard that some requirements for the 90-day report have been tightened up. Something on the order of having proof of residence (such as a letter from a landlord, lease, rental contract, and so on) Maybe something else. I am not reporting an idle rumor, but I think a very clear accurate report would be hel

But, back to the point: Are there any verified changes to documentation needed for 90-day reports? Please do not report 2009 experience! smile.png

Must have changed since this wednesday then the only change I was told of was only 1 page of the pastport is required now as the barcode system is now in use so where do you get your rumors from
