Thai society has to stop coddling it's boys. Many of them are not growing up to be proud, respectable, honorary citizens, who make a real contribution to society. Parents have to start telling young boys, from the age of two, you are nothing special.
That won't fit with the "little emperor syndrome", lack of education, and lack of parental guidance. Hence, I have no hope this will change before the adult population in this country starts to grow up.

It is estimated that 40,000 of the 800,000 children born in Thailand every year could have one or more learning disabilities, and the most common type here is dyslexia.
If the new method to detect learning disabilities will reveal realistic figures, the result will be kept as a state secret. The publisher will probably be prosecuted for threatening national security and undermining the attempt to recruit coolie's for future EEC projects.

“I believe Pheu Thai will win all the MP seats in the Northeast and form the next government,” said the 72-year-old veteran.
What is his catchy slogan? "Free ear medicine for all?"

Shouldn't it read: Protection of the Thai Constitution after it was conveniently modified by the junta?

That's what you get when 50 obese Americans jump of a chair at the same time. (just in case you couldn't find anyone else to blame for the damage)

12 points? In 1 year? Most Thai drivers commit 12 points in half a day.
And the winner who hits the magic number of 100 points per week, will be presented on TV, and receive a basket of Essence of Chicken, unless Big Joke is occupied with other photo sessions.

Are the prices set already for a license to mess up the environment, or will this be a matter of individual negotiation skills? And which office is actually collecting the "fee"?

I was riding big bikes in Asia for many years. However, if I would have been the driver of the red car I would have definitely felt the itch in my foot on the accelerator to run over his legs, to prevent the moron could ever do this stunt again.
