Can you get at any towns licencing cetnre ?

Anyone have first hand experience getting one in bkk ? Where do you get it, what do you need and how much ?......can you get in any province or only bkk ?

There we go....before the 'other' thread was closed, a kind soul sent me a pm with a possible site...not a google reco for generic graphic designers.......still looking.

You know those sites that various interested parties quote on a job and have the experience or skills to complete the job.......would prefer thai as it is thai related theme, but would have to be essentially as anyone with the skills might be able to do it with some encouragment and examples.

Dont want a graphic designer as they charge to much....
