then by your definition, there is no one ive ever met could be classed as "so religious"
Being so religious is to be very strict and follow every rule in the bible, but being religious is to follow what you see fit. It is just my opinion anyway.as far as i know, there is no quantifiable definition of "so religious"

Can you define being religious then?

Agreed, it is so true, the majority of Thai people live for today and not for the future.Thailand is the center of the universe.
Is the rest of the world really out there?
"Mai Pen Rai!"
ASEAN is the future for S.E. Asia.
Thailand lives for today, not the future.
" Don't think about it!"
It is O.K. that money allocated to hire more and better English teachers to improve the English speaking proficiency in Thai schools vanishes into thin air and thick wallets.
Why invest in the future when you can spend the money today?
"How are you? I am fine thank you and you?"
That's all the English you need to know!
Thailand should be the leader of ASEAN countries, not the anchor!
Mai Pen Rai!

Being SO religious and being religious are not the same thing would you say?
so add so
Ah, you missed the word "so"
then by your definition there are no religious jews, muslims or christians eitherIf going to the temple regularly is considered being so religious, then I disagree. To me, being so religious is to follow the rules and live the life of Buddhism (assuming that they are Buddhist) in which say no to alcohol, lie, adultery, kill, and steal. Only a handful of them can be considered so religious.

Not racist at all, farang is a term Thai people refer to a white person. Similar to when they see Chinese people, they call them Chinese.

My wife tells me it is a compliment. I will not say what she said as why, but a gave a alt=thumbsup.gif width=25 height=19> to her explanation.
I think people are too sensitive on this subject. Say I am a Thai woman, but without knowing I am Thai, what would you say when you see me? You would say hey that is an Asian girl, right? It does not mean that you are a racist.

Coming together to be Thai.
Excellent 2nd post. Anxiously waiting to read more from you.
So Yingluck was telling the Thai foreign exchange students to promote and propagate foreigners to come together to be Thai? That makes no sense at all.
Oh, I meant the whole country coming together to be Thai, however, I believe this applies to Yingluck as well. The majority of Thai people have spoken, so she needs to come together to be Thai

So, how do you classify the people who obey the 10 commandments or the 5 commandments And the people who attend church every Sunday but do not follow the rules in the bible?
