All I was getting for the first call in Bangkok from about 1700 hrs each day was a "network busy" signal....had to just let it redial and hope, sooner or later u get through....but u wouldnt want to be calling for a life of death situation in Bangkok just now.....

Used to stay at the Baiyoke Sky all the time, if I was still awake at 0500, always head up for breakfast, a great view and good food as u watch Bangkok wake up for the day.....But dinner...forget it....sh#t house food, noise, bad seating, large tour groups...

Head for the Sky Bar...its ok (just ok) for a couple of warm up drinks before u head out for the night.....also the outside lift is worth taking when ur leaving....

In fact, the food in the Lobby res, is fantastic...eat there, then go up for a look and a few drinks....

But that home crowd was pretty impressive i must say, i believe that was the difference, some punches Ricky took would of dropped anyone in the division, but Ricky seem to be running on alot of addrenalin (i cant spell) and was walking through them.
