I have seen such problems before ,, My 1st solution is to open your garage and park your vehicle across the road so you cannot manouvre any more due to the dumped vehicle , then it becomes a community problem when no one can go down the soi and the Thais will soon deal with the policeman and his ill bred family . they will have lost face in front of the community.... My 2 and 3rd solutions would be more drastic and sneaky .....and yes having Army , Navy or Airforce friends will be a real benefit the police are terrified when they become involved

if heading to North Bangkok or other central provinces a good route is up 331 to Chacheonsao the head on 304 to Minburi for Bangkok or turn up toward Nakon Nayok and Saraburi it may look longer but its less traffic , more scenic and less stress If heading to east Bangkok and over to Kanchinaburi and south Thailand take the 3 all the way to the Prapadeang ferry

I have dual nationality with an EU passport ,, UK tax resident only on pensions income and investments, now in UK , not on assets in EU and in the EU country Im essentially tax zero with some judicious planning but if you only have one passport its not same . I have been doing it most of my working life travelling around the world and HMRC are happy as are EU tax people .. Just gotta keep my travel records up to date .

well Im sorted ,, I have closed 2 of my 3 Thai bank accounts ,, sold one of my 2 homes here and repatriated the money to my EU bank , I already only plan to stay in Thailand max 150 days during winter months so not resident and can easy get Non O multi entry visa for that purpose in EU without keeping large sums ties up in Thai Bank so only need funds for stay but still have all the benefits , also only spending 150 days in UK the rest in EU on and EU passport , with most of my saving and investments in a low tax EU country with no inheritance tax and my house in UK is below IHT threshold for my kids , so managing to minimise exposure legally to very little tax anywhere , while still able to enjoy motorcycling in LOS and Europe UK in Summer . At least until I get to old for long range travel and health issues , then it will be EU all the way until I pop my clogs.

But this year has seen a spike in a very nasty brochial cough bacteriol infection world wide that is treatable with antibiotics but the reccomended dose is now 4 weeks to clear the infection ,, its usually only 10-14 days dose .BPH now admit I did not have Covid but bacteria bronchitus like many many people

Went to Misumi and SKF main depots today at Amata Industrial estate neither had the seal I need in stock in Thailand so thats a bust ,,easy to get in UK . Well after going to the major industry suppliers and every little retail bearing and seal company i can find its now clear to me that the seal I need is not available in Thailand , it can be ordered but would then cost several times UK price and 2-3 weeks to arrive , its not listed on lazada either .. I already have ordered 3 of the 8mm12mm3mm single lip seals in UK and they will be at my house there in a couple of days ,along with other spares I will bring back to Thailand , might send them here but as im returning to UK 1st week of February I will probably put the Ducati back in my workshop and just ride the Z900 every time I come back to LOS my suitcase is half full of unobtainable in Thailand spares for Ducatis ,KTM and bits for mates that in Thailand are 3 times more than UK price . The Ducati dealers here keep very little in stock and have to get spares from Italy there is no central distribution point in Thailand despite them having factory here . KTM ,BMW and Triumph are same and as bits come from EU they are slow . Honda,Kawasaki are better as bits from Japan come quick if not already in Thailand ,,, dunno about Suzuki and Yamaha,,, HD have spares in Thailand and they can be got very fast from USA

when I buy Gummies in UK and Europe they usually get me stoned but in Thailand I have yet to find any that have a decent load of THC most are actually very weak ,,,, also packs sold in Thailand are not good value mostly 8-10 Gummies wheras in EU its usually 12 -20 and lots of THC I usually look around Pattaya, Bangsare and Rayong and have tried over 20 types . any suggestions for something decent I dont like cookies etc and i no longer smoke

I have a HJC FS10 carbon helmet its comfy very light but a bit noisy I do love it ,, I also have a HJC FS15 plastic shell its a but heavier they are good helmets ,, also have a flip front AGV its heavier but convenient a bit noisy though

I would like to thank Egelbert and P Nan from bangkok who is an expert Ducati mechanic , he came to my house in Bangsare and we got the bike sorted all running nicely , what a nice chap ,,,he had been delivering some ducatis in the area and made time to come to me with diagnostics and some spares ,,,

Thanks guys ,, upping the MCB trip and removing and changing doorbell circuit seems to have sorted the oven it stays on for more than a hour ,, girlfriend says her son turned the MCB down ???

Had this bike for 20 years just completed a full refurbishment over 3 years bike is like new ,, but not getting and volts to coils and injectors ,, everything else is ok but without a diag I cant solve it ,, I dont know anyone at the factory to contact and its unlikely they have bits for this bike its a 2001 ,, i have lots of spares coils, ECU etc the tps and immobiliser are fine the strater and fuel pump is fine
