I really need advice on what to choose as there are loads

I'm not really computer savvy but managed to build a basic website in the UK via vista print.

Also do you have any advise on the "do it yourself" website builders?

I got a multi entry tourist visa, valid for six months and then opened a bank account in thailand, put 400k in the bank for a few months and then applied within thailand.

I did it this way as when we sold our house in the UK, we moved five days later, hence I could not show the 800k for three months.

The 800k scenario was valid five months ago, perhaps it's changed (again)

How many years would you want to lease a property? If it's many years, why not just get the house on finance? You'll probably be paying similar payments.

Loads of places to rent in Hua hin, all sorts of budgets too! What are you after? What do you want to be near, what's your budget? Bare in mind electricity costs when looking to rent also, some agents/owners take the piss with unit costs.
