  1. Sending money to some one has two elements. One sending money to some one could be income taxes NOT at the sender but at the receiver. The second element is donation of money. That is a gift so gifttax is relevant. But in practice gifttax in Thailand is zero unless high value. I expect there is no reason to tax you or your wife. But i am not an expert!
  2. My ltr experience is: gross income
  3. A perfect reply. !! Message for everyone just Google " crs" and you know everything about what and when is reported! No individual transactions only balance end of each year!
  4. Better to understand what the cars reporting is. Certainly not reporting individual transmittings. Only once a year reporting the value of your account at the end of each year.
  5. No problem when something happens. They will wake you up .you are not off the world only sleeping
  6. Only have experience Koh Kong border. Bought quite some stuff ikea Bangkok. Traveled to the border. Got loaded by local people on a cart and walked to the other side of the border. No questions asked
  7. It is quite common: an idea comes up, not a moment of reconsidering the pro s and cons made public wait untill somebody thinks it over and then it goes: miscommunication. Same with tax ideas, 1 Rai land for foreigners etc etc
