You can extend the 90 day entry from a non-o visa for 60 days visit you wife or Thai child or for one year at immigration.
For the one year extension you need 400k baht in a Thai bank in your name only for 2 months on the day you apply or proof of 40k baht income. Here is my general list of the document and etc that is required. Marriage Extension Requirements 2.pdf
Perfect, Thank you Joe

Hi Guy's
I am in the midst of trying to return to Thailand to see my family, its been way to long now. I am having issues in gathering the correct information from the embassy in London. For those in the know can you please assist on the below ( Sorry if this has been discussed numerous times, really would appreciate any info ).
I have asked the embassy via their home page on the below but have had zero response, can somebody advise?
* I am married to a Thai and we have 2 children, what documents do I need to provide to apply for my return and where do I send them?
* My Non O visa expired in July and as I was out of the country I could not extend it, can I apply for a new non O in the UK, has anyone succeeded in this?
* Information on repatriation flight options, I am looking to return in late November or early December.
* List of quarantine hotels.
* Insurance providers.
Can somebody please help???
Cheers
Ace

A few weeks after the funeral I woke one morning to see her standing at the foot of my bed.. she didn't say anything but looked very peaceful and I had the feeling that she was saying that 'I am ok..'.. she faded away and that was the first and last time I had such an experience... Make of it what you will.. I have no explanation..
I believe you, I had the exact same thing happen......and it was real. And yes she said Im ok, broke my heart and woke up crying, dream maybe but I doubt it. Never happened since.

Same old story, bahhhhhumbug. We are not welcome here, with family or not. Myself have blasted loads here and have a family. The country is going to pot. Throw them rose tinted specs in the bin.

Offshore worker in the OP is entirely a victim of his own poor decisions.
A poor decision to agree to return to work when his wife was pregnant and imminently expecting a baby when he knew the risks that he may not be able to return to Thailand. He may have been offshore when his wife gave birth anyway, with or without the COVID.
Not to mention he doesn't even have a proper visa to stay in Thailand and is abusing the visa exempt stamps to de-facto live in Thailand, which while not strictly illegal, it certainly is not in the spirit of immigration law.
Some folks just don't get they have absolutely no rights here! Waken up!
I got banned before for answering people like you, now I will refrain. Issue is, said offshore guy has to go to work to take care of the familes, even they may have the correct visa. Its not our choice to come back, would coming back keep us in a job...NO and hence can not support our families. May I ask what visa you are on or even if you are in Thailand?

That's Horse <deleted>, It's Only for the PRs And the ones with a Work permit.
So it's Not for the Retirement and Married ones Without a work Permit Expats .
I would say that Most expats are Retired and Married/retired without work Permit. ????
Agree the PR and WP has always been in place for those who need to enter the country during these times. The issues should be for those with families / ties here with a NON O multiple entry visa should be allowed back? I have no clue and in the same scenario.......I really doubt we will see any movements until at least October.....unfortunatley.

Guys we're all on about getting back to our loved ones I get that, there some post on here that are beyond belief, possiby from those who are stuck with no families......I will leave that up to the board to judge.
Either way no one seems to recognise the impact on our familes and especially children who will be missing their parents, rather than judge people who are away, can we get together and discuss the possibilities of getting back. People like myself are going crazy being away and not allowed back.

Richard, dont rise to the bait mate, your replies have all been appreciated. I too am in the same boat as you, been away for a while now.....because needs must to support my family, its us guys who break our balls to be able to lead a good life, dont let some strangers on this forum get to you. Some people have nothing better to do. One day they will reap what they sow. Stay safe mate and im sure you will be with your family soon, as I will. Keep safe.

I bet it's a Liverpool player.
Those best XIs are really good time passers. Still nearly 3 weeks to wait for some proper footy, then another week till the Prem starts.
