  1. i think the finding was as expected by 99-99999%

Its really such a pity this affair is done with such shady ways from day one-

Few people are interested in this foreseen outcome -

A nation where if your connected to ""high Places"" whispering boo is enough.

This Kid looked eerily similar to the CCTV footage we saw on the night of the crime.

We are told the boys father is connected to a certain person. (high up)

So we initially witnessed NO DNA tests and other bypasses of diligent detective work as far as this suspect is concerned.

Few of us expected a Positive finding today.

Now the Thais will expect us to watch their Kangaroo court with a degree of confidence.

As i said only the Junta fan club will be cheering as this Travesty of justice continues .

  2. of coarse he will get the all clear, because he will, you know he will, and you know why,

That photo is proposturous, I mean really??? we need a go pro attached to that swab now so we can follow the procedure all the way through to the end!!

This post says a lot about some thaivisa posters in here, maybe you should go back to your perfect world where there is no corruption and only justice.
Yes, we should connect a livestream camera to the sample so we all could see that hey were following the correct procedures for a DNA test. Is that what you want ?
Thanks to your social media producing rumours and conspiracies something is actuallly happening here, finally a Dna test of the son! But will you believe it ? Never . So if you already made up your mind then stop posting BS.

Will you be satisfied with the outcome if they give the lad the all clear?

Just curious... if this will result in more sanctions against Thailand?

sanctions from other countries? I don't know, but tourists will probably book their flight to another country. these days it s very easy to travel everywhere and there is lot of choice. Thailand will be now at the bottom of the list for many tourists.
  6. we wuold if only they stop moving the goal postsfacepalm.gif

When the hell is this stupid shit going to stop. We report our address every 90 days and at extension of stay. What the hell else do these idiots want. They have computers update are address at the time of reporting and extending stay.

Oh dear. Don't like it? Go home.

Want to live in their country? Abide by their rules.

  7. ok given an option which force would you have if you were in dire need of help

I understand all you oldskool chaps who still love the flag and Britannia rules the waves and all that but you don't really have a clue what is going on in the world besides from what you see on the BBC or Sky News but if you would just take a few hours to look at the bigger picture, do a bit of research outside of the mainstream and use your common sense it will all become much clearer. Police back home answer to their boss, who in turn answers to his boss...all the way up, so don't give me your British superiority b-s about honesty, integrity and whatever more. England has one of the worst records in the world for secret agendas and black ops. They didn't get that for being so honest and trustworthy mates!

    Regards,

    Paddy

  8. BUT this is Thailand, and a law unto themselves

"The judge said the suspects could be detained for up to 84 days."

And when those 84 days pass, another 84 day extension.....they're banking

on the public's short attention span.....BUT, let's NOT forget, lest it happens again!

    Keep the pressure on!!

"And when those 84 days pass, another 84 day extension..."

No, after 84 days they have to be indicted or released.

  9. NHRC is controlled by NCPO and most likely RTP. They have no real power whatsoever and therefor can't be taken seriously in this investigation. As for the copshop from back home that has turned up; does anyone on this forum actually believe that they are going to discredit the official outcome of this investigation? Wake up please. After Cameron met with the good General in Milano suddenly UK cops were allowed to come over to TH. This invitation was only granted with the guarantee that they would comply to the RTP's version of the story. By bringing in the UK cops, who of course are going to comply with the initial RTP version, they will silence all the people with doubts. If the UK cops say its so, it must be so. Somehow Brits here live in the illusion that our cops back home are any better than cops elsewhere. Lol. Those clowns back home have to answer to David Cameron f-f-s . Imagine for a few minutes while I make a coffee coffee1.gif

and you know all this dont you!!!! na you DON'T supposition your, behalf unless you part of the party that came from UK

  10. suspects are to be treated as innocent till proven guilty, Thai authorities should not display them at press conferences. NHRC say

by exposing suspects police violate their human rights.

However, a police colonel once noted that police should not take the flak alone because the media should also exercise judgement in its coverage of these re-enactments.displays ummmmmm (illigal re-enactment displays )

typicle the police just cant get it when they parade suspects its against there human rights but again they look to blame someone else

namely the media is wrong to publisize these actions

  11. However, the NPO told the NHRC that investigation into the case was already in the hands of the public prosecutors and that it needed to seek prior approval from the prosecutors before providing any details on the case to the NHRC.

Meanwhile, the Koh Samui Court yesterday approved a police request that the suspects' detention be extended by another 12 days, as more time was needed to complete the investigation.

Public prosecutors have instructed investigators to gather more information for the third time, and police will work further into the case.

is the RTP and the NPO the same

it does not seem so !! seams that the RTP are trying to hood wink there own masters

ah lets play hide the evidence (what evidence) ?????

that suposed DNA 100% got ya evidence has got to so weak for the prosecutors office to return it three times

i wonder how Pryuth is feeling now and if he rewarded the RTP for a "job well done"

  12. but but but so many Thais think we are!!!!

I would have had a little more faith in the British guys independance if:

    1. They had not accepted a helicopter-ride to the island with two highranking Thai policeofficers

    2. Had stayed on the island for more than a little over an hour

They are never going to be allowed to get anywhere alone, they are politely going to be chaperoned every step of the way.

Two detectives actually came on Friday already. My guess those 2 guys from NSY did some of the field work already. I also wouldn't be surprised if their are more then 5 detectives. The Europeans are not stupid.

  13. READ THE SCRIPT they came with high ranking officials way above the plods on the island (need to know basis and the plods on the island did not need to know

    • <script type='text/javascript'>window.mod_pagespeed_start = Number(new Date());</script>

      "British authorities"...

No, they are observers and possible advisers, but they have no authority in Thailand.

They will be polite and any doubts they have will be buried for the greater good of international relations. Just like the Thai police... They know their place in the chain of command.

Yeah they have no authority in Thailand. They had no right to be on that island without the knowledge of the local police knowing about it.

    • They had no right to go to the A.C. BAR.

    • Just how much of a mug are you guys?

    • Get back to watching how the Thai police do things and leave the real cops to do the work.

  14. it;s not a slip up it;s a cover up, you know the sort RTP are renowned for

its all the things you have listed that make this even more so.

if the father has submitted DNA to clear his son, i ask this is he the REAL father and not a step father???

also why in the first place does his father give DNA ( son too busy with collage learning about thainess) when quite clearly with all the elledged evidence(i.e.) from the college, cheesy.gif the sons lawyer stating that his client is innocentcheesy.gif and the RTP ruling him out just because he said he wase'nt on the island, cheesy.gif

    MONEY TALKS,

these procutors are just as bad stating "we not fazed by the withdrawel of the confessions" !!!!!

is that why they keep sending back the evidence for more evidence

    deleated ting tong

What you are missing is that most disbelievers here will not believe it if it matches -- they will simply say the police here replaced it or gave bad samples or blah blah blah. Have you not seen that already? They simply ignore or say they don't believe whatever fact is out there if it means accepting the two guys in customdy ... who confessed to the police, their embassy, lawyers and a human rights group before reportedly now taking it back and whose DNA matches and who numerous witnesses and video put them in and around the scene at the time of the murders and who had an item belonging to a victim at their home ... are likely the ones guilty and should stand trial.

They would rather believe the some of a wealthy islander did this because airlines have not shared with them their manifests and the university has not come out publicly saying he was in Bangkok attending classes and that the video showing him Bangkok was faked and that the police are protecting him. Why do they suspect him ... no logical reason at all accept they think because his father (well not his actual father if his DNA cleared the son) is rich he could get away with it.

You have just hit the nail right on the head, all the Thai policeman slip up sometimes, revealing what they actually know about this case (and others before it), what a douchebag....cheesy.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gif
