  2. siR buR  the thing under your picture thing says it all

    "Senior Member"

And the thing under your picture thing says it all

    "Member"

A definition of Member from the dictionary. I draw your attention to definition B.

Member: A part or an organ of a human or animal body, as:

A limb, such as an arm or a leg.

    B The penis.

well the girls always say to me Pum yai ! Hum yai ! , what ever that means ??

    weird stuff

  3. I don't drink much beer but many of my friends do and they have asked this question so I'm turning it over to you..............

Local beer is not expensive, foreign beer made "under license" is not expensive (Heineken, Guinness, Beck's are all made in Asean -- Malaysia mainly but also Thailand).

Am I missing out somehow.. I pay 150 baht a can and it doesnt matter if I buy 20 or more cans.. Thats from Macro cash and carry.. on tap its 250 a pint locally.. All the cxans have the import alchohol sticker / seal on them...

So can I get locally brewed Guinness ??

i am like 99% sure Guinness is not under license to be brewed anywhere in AESAN

  4. everyone lives differently in Thailand thats for sure. Right now iam working to come back in Canada right now, time shows bkk i guess i didnt set up. Also this is obviously a stupid question but what is LOS, its Thailand i gathered.. like Land of Smiles or something? anyways i was living off 15000 or less for the longest time and i was in phuket too which is expensive compared to pattaya and expensive as ###### when compared to say.. khon kaen, i live in a fan room with thai people, i cook rice and thai food in my room like thai people do, i dont have a tv, i wash my own clothes, i dont go to bars(well lady bars anyway), i usually just hang out with my friends and try to avoid the farangs. everybody gets something out of thailand and anyone on this board is 10 steps ahead of the people who have never been to the kingdom anyway.. Now that i am back in canada i am easily the most unhappy ive been in my life, everything here is possesion based at least it seems like it to have any kind of fun.. which is really depressing. anyways, i was never trying to say living on a higher budget is bad or anything, was just saying different people live differently and want different things, like i am sure a lot of people would shit their pants if they didnt have aircon or there satellite tv or even the ol mo-sAI , actually i just read my post and ###### my girl friend cleaned my clothes, not me. i cook super legit labmoo tho..

  5. fear and loathing in los vegas by hunter s thompson is a good one, probably not the best one to put under that categorys you just said though.. currently reading Four Hours in My Lai, good book if your into vietnam.. American Psycho also made me think of a few things in life differently, because it does raise a few good points about certain aspects of north american culture, woRD?

  6. right now iam unfortunately reloading the bahtZ in canada, return to the kingdom.. sept, hey in other news.. i was supposed to get reconstructive ACL surgery today and it got cancelled because i drank a cup of coffee in the morning, like what in the ###### ? Anyone know of good orthoscopic specialists in Phuket?

  7. this kinda ties into my other post when i was mentioning the farangs that live in thailand.. any way

Impossible whistling.gif (unless your a complete and utter ponce)

i am not from ######ing england or euroland so iam not sure what ponce is, but for 2500 pounds a year i lived a fine lifestyle of being retired, getting drunk everyday, having as much parties as i wanted and unloading a lot.. i guess a lot of these older people are always like hanging out in pattaya buying whores etc? poNCE"IN ainT easy

  8. What planet are you living on unsure.gif 2500 pounds wouldnt last you 3 monthe let alone 1 year. I think you must have made a miscalculation somewhere, either that or you live in a carboard box and eat out of dustbins

!!!!!!!!!!! I lived on that easily, maybe add about 500 more pounds give or take.. and i got DRUNK a lot. sangsom 145 bahts 3 or 4 cans of coke, 50 bahTz and ice, 10 bahts.. Get drunk every 2nd day and its only like 35000 bahts for liqour a year..

  9. Hi,

you need a currency converter (not sure if spelled right), thats a usual part, which you can use for multiple devices.

Than anyhow you need a modchip in your PS2 to be able to play local games, and if you invest in a more expensive one which supports "force PAL" than you get rid of the problems with the videoformat.

But I think most TVs here are anyway multi-format.

Modchips you can get at www.psxtune.com

Cool , thats good about the multi system stuff. I was gonna mod a ps2 here and bring it back, when i was in Phuket like 3 months ago Ps2's (not the slim ones) were like 14000 baht [modded], 210.00 American i am guessing eh? Thats a pretty good price.. hmm, would be great to have a ps2, i used to go to the Thai place with like 5 ps2's and 5 tvs.. and 30 5 year old thai kids.

    thanks for the help!

  10. Wanna start a new thread and tell us how Thailand works, and how the guys that come here work, and of course, how you work? :D

    i work a lot, 10 hours a day :o

When referring to how middle- to -older aged men work i was thinking more towards the (admittedely this is a stereotype but in a lot of cases its true) way a lot of older people come over and meet their "wives" etc at the whore bar kinda thing, and buy them out of their somewhat seedy profession, and then settle down.. everyones different and everything but its just ive seen this happen a ton and the way some of these girls work some of these guys is amazing. Anyways people seem to be a bit testy so, take it easy.

  11. Lived in phuket for a year, got tsunamied, bit by rabid cat, got 5 shots at hospital to beat rabies, killed rabid cat with a board and a couple dogs, tore legaments jumping off top flight of Dragon Disco stairs, falling down some cement stairs at my room, throwing full bottles of beer chang out my old 4th story window after mistakenly mixing 4 valiums and a 26 of sang som, drinking behind the bar and kicking people out of crocodile, tiger and dragon, almost dying at karon beach at 3 am after swimming and drinking, drinking all of the Lim's (nice place!!) Remy Martin cognac while at the bar when i had a free bill, getting banned from the Vises hotel (shithole), saving my best friend after he got jumped by 15 thais, paying 3000 bahts a month rent, having open bars, hanging out at the pharmacy, gotta go back soon..
