You will never see signs for the end of times when in Thailand. Even when God tries to fill the beaches with dead sea animals. The locals grab them up to eat. Just kidding of course. But am curious about their suppositional claims with an abundance of fresh water in the sea.Did any government office do any actual testing to see if this was the real reason? Or are they just assuming to calm the publics perception?

What is the point of getting a degree in teaching if you do not get it from an Accredited school? You would not get a teaching license in Thailand without the proper credentials

i am most certain it would be easy enough to track down the inspector who approved that bus to prosecute him for dereliction causing deaths. But I also believe that will not be done and equally sure these bribes were shared in the office by all. Sort of like the police stopping you at a check-point and collecting money without receipts. Then after they put it all together and make it an even split among all. If they go after one, then their offices would need to close to get all new workers. The government and police would never allow that to happen. This story will disappear just like all the rest and the corruption will remain just as it did with so many other instances.

They better start fixing the roads now if they think they can get F1 racing here. Everyone knows how slow the road crews are and how shoddy their work is and never lasts for long

I know when i tried to send airmail to the US.. The postal service said they no longer do this. I do not know sure if maybe that is also the reason receiving letters. It always takes me 2 months or more to get a letter from the US.Perhaps it is saame for AUS

Wow!! If you are a renter... You need to go visit the office where they handle renter complaints and learn the laws. Because all this you spat out, was wrong!!! There is an agency that protects renters in Bangkok from landlords like you. You can not simply lock someone out of their rented space. If you did that to me I would have called the police and cut the lock with them watching. I am not some poor slob who was trying to cheat my landlord. I paid my water and electric. I also followed the contract to the laws with advice and support from that agency that protects us renters from people like you. One of these days your renter will know the real laws and you will be SCREWED. Thailand does have laws to protect us renters from people like you.. That is for sure.

My god! Do you see the women holding the signs. I can understand why they are fighting for these things now. They have no future selling sex for sure unless they can find a VERY drunk foreigner who is half blind. So they need some kind of retirement package from the government.

As much as I would like to believe this to be true. This is Thailand and they NEVER follow through with these types of comments. Blowing hot air to ensure a sense of trust that you can put your kid on a school bus and feel safe that is has been inspected and operates properly and that the driver has been checked and is licensed and safe. I think every foreigner knows this if they have lived in Thailand long enough.
