I don't follow this diet strictly now, but I do eat only organic where I can and try and eat raw food every day. I don't eat processed foods or any refined food stuffs and only eat meat once a day. I have been eating like this since my mother died in 2010 of breast cancer and my father died of bladder cancer in 2011. I also consume cannabis oil as a preventive measure and a general health booster.
Hey Buckoy, do you eat and live this way now? Just curious because you said "would."I would eat a good healthy raw food vegan diet and take cannabis oil, I certainly wouldn't let the doctors near me with there chemicals radiation and heroin.
Thanks for taking an interest in my diet, I can send you a sample of my stools for you to check if you like.

I thought it was best in the mid 90s when it was still relatively new. I liked to sit in Lucky Star bar beer and watch the passing parade till late, then go to the discos till dawn.Walking street had appeal, when you could ride and park your motorbike outside lucky star or marine disco and when you could get a beer from the pharmacy opposite marine disco for 25 baht and sneak it in to marine and wait for the gogo girls to finish work and go for a dance. They were the days
Now they don't even have music in Lucky Star bar and Jenny Star has closed- that was always entertaining to watch.
It was fun watching the police come and all the ladyboys running away from jenny bar.
You could people watch all night long, some right characters around. It is 1000% different to the mid 90's. It was free and fun, no helmets, no big yaba problem and Thai people where not so tarnished with the ruder nations that since are flocking to pattaya.

Yes it's the same in any schengen country, I travelled to France by ferry form the uk and there were no problems at all on exit and return. We also had a long stop off in schipol, Amsterdam, and we went through customs and went in to the centrum for coffee and a look around, but when we came back through the Dutch customs they detained us for 20 mins as the guys at the desk were not sure on the protocol. I was a little annoyed but they were polite and said sorry for the delay. Thanks for the replies.
Can we do the same thing when going through passport control in Schengen countries, specifically Holland and Germany ?
I did have a women at heatrow tell me my wife had to go in the non eu cue, I told here she didn't know what she was talking about and joined the eu cue and when I got to the desk verified it with the woman at the desk and pointed out their staff needed training better.

Yes and the last 80 years of prohibition are also thanks to america. Look what they have done, severely reduced the gene pool, made thousands of law abiding citizens criminals and now you want thanks and credit for changing laws. Tell that to all the cannabis farmers in Thailand that had there crops sprayed from American helicopters and look what they got in return, ya baa.The worldwide attitude to cannabis is lowly changing thanks to America's new approach, but it will take years before anything happens in Thailand
httpwww.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2014/feb/09/liberals-tea-party-republicans-unison-drug-law-reform-america
Thailand is the result of Americans drug policies. Bribe, the Thai government to eradicate cannabis, change cultures that people have practised for thousands of years, using it for cooking, clothing and to get high, and all they got in return was ya baa and Lao kao. Thanks America you really make the world a safer place, the rest of us lowly citizens bow our heads to your superiority.

You can buy online, just need to check if it's legal, it is in the uk but can't honestly say if it is in Thailand.

I would take hemp oil rather than fish oils for omega-3 and omega-6. Hemp oil has a perfect 3:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 essential fatty acids, which matches the balance required by the human body and hemp oil is less contaminated and more organic than fish oils.

Maybe you could strike a deal at soi 9 if you have millions, but as soon as you are in the system there no bribes to get you off your charge.
And yes there are bribes to be had in the cells, like visiting privileges etc, but a farang once in the cells, can not bribe to get his charge dropped.

That's not accurate and yes i am speaking from personal experience.I was also talking from personal experience, but being Thailand I know there are exceptions to the rule.

Sounds like you didn't get a good outcome, commiserations.
I have never been nicked, luckily, but I do have genuine experiences and enough knowledge of what I was talking about to comment accurately. But please do enlighten me to my inaccuracies.

slightly inaccurate, its all deals once you are in the cells at soi 9, probably a little more costly tho

Dustbin men are collecting bins and they knock on a door. A Japanese man answers, they ask him " where's your bin", he answers " I bin Tokyo", "no" they say " where's your wheelie bin", " I wheelie bin Tokyo" he answers.
That's was one of my late fathers classics.

Multivitamin, and fish oil capsules. Lots of spinach and avocado for natural vitamin & minerals. Probably the best thing I take is to avoid caffeine and alcohol, and keep salt low. The long term effect of all three is not good.
The latest studies show multivitamins are a waste of money. Coffee and tea in moderation is actually health promoting for MOST people. Alcohol as well except there are calorie issues with that.
Coffee in moderation is ok, it has a lot of good properties.
Also salt here in Thailand is not a bad thing especially if you exercise outdoors. I'm a runner, I actually take salt tablets.
Glass or 2 of red wine is good too.
So, I guess I don't agree with Jingthing on those 3 items.
It depends what salts you take. Refined salt is bad for you full stop. Natural salts, i.e rock or sea salt are essential. Refined salts cause arteries to block because of glass and sand used to refine the salt. The cholesterol is produced to repair the damage caused by the glass and salt.

The problem is the poles, Romanians etc will work for a lot less than Brits and will put up with harsher conditions, making the minimum wage the norm and taking away any rights the workers had.If they're working what's the problem? They'll pay tax and contribute to the economy just as the Poles and other EU citizends have done.Well I do agree with you, that they will be working for much less then the Brits would
but don't blame them, blame the employers who pay less to those foreigners because
they are convenient, cheap and are not organised.
Not the immigrants fault. We just use them to fill our empty spaces and as cheap
labourers and when things go wrong in our countries, we feel very nationalistic,
we want them all out. We will even point our fingers at people who have foreign
sounding names or looks but have our nationality.
I believe it's not just a British syndrome but all over our "developed" world.
Everywhere a little bit different but same-same.
It is a human trait not to accept that one-self is wrong.
Think back in history... how were "Empires" made?
By absolute dirty, inhuman means, isn't it?
Can those "Colonizers" be proud today and advertise their actions while preaching about "rights" whatever they might be?
To put it very simply - disgraceful!
The colonisers died a long time ago, absolutely nothing to do with me. That is a pathetic statement. Yes I am English but that's were the similarities end. If I was a coloniser, I would want the cheap labour to fill my big factories.
That really is a weak comment and to compare it to today's situation is stupid. Infact I don't know why I am wasting my time replying.

I never blame them, I blame the government 100%. It is what they want, to make the uk more competitive with the rest of the world, but as a result life is getting harder for working class Brits and the rich get richer.

It is everyone elses fault isn't it? Try looking in the mirror.
You want someone to build your houses so that they are at least affordable. You need people to do all the drudge work for a couple of quid an hour so your council taxes, and utility bills don't get even higher.
You need someone to drive all the goods and services across the country so you can consume them. You need someone to pour you a beer behind the pub and not have the pub owner charge you a pretty penny for that pint. You need someone to sweep up at the NHS hospitals.
Don't look anywhere else, look at your reflection to see who is creating the demand for these workers. If they didn't, you'd all be paying much more to eek out our lives on mud island.
It's the big companies that benefit not individuals. So English people get everything cheaper now do they?
You are talking total rubbish. They compete against British workers and undercut them and bosses use them as they put it with a lot more shit than Brits

Please let me help you understand the English language. I have heard you are not a man to be trusted, isn't an accusation. It is a question or simply he was saying "I have heard bad things about you, he was probably giving you the chance to put your side of the story across, but you misinterpreted the English language and then insult other Brits with your derogatory comments. If you live in a village people will talk, nothing to get your pants twisted about. That is village life. Why are you not to be trusted OP?I am a Brit just so you know....
You'd have to ask my neighbor and the Swiss guy (who bad mouthed me to him)..
.As indicated earlier the Swiss guy had a piece of property for sale, I paid his price. Cleaned the property up and marketed it properly and resold it within 6 months at a substantial profit. Swiss guy pissed off ...says I cheated him. Don't know how? I paid him his asking price ...I just saw something in the property he didn't see and yes I jumped on it ....isn't that what business is about?
So as to your question....I'm one of those people who you can completely trust...but there are few people I let in that circle as in the same vein I don't trust anybody but my own instincts....and when I make a mistake, I take it on the chin and move on.
I did not ask my neighbor to trust me ....I just went over to say "Hi" and introduce myself when he comes out with "I hear your a man not to be trusted" in that haughty British tone.......To me that's an insult....to you Brits ...maybe thats how you say Hi to everyone.....let me know so I can expect the same in the future and not take it as it insult but just a British thing......oh well....Each to their own.
First off ....I do not live in a village...I live in Bangkok on the outskirts...
Secondly...I've been around enough to understand an insult when I hear one....Never talked to the man before and here the first words out of his mouth are saying gossip to me....I don't gossip and I don't like gossip. Gossip is an insult to my intelligence....
So is gossip a British trait? just want to know so I can be prepared in the future.
Brits do like a good old gossip and a moan, I hope that helps you but you need to deal with your prejudices and be less insulting to a whole country when you are talking about your experiences of one English man. I could almost say 100% he was not trying to insult you. You sound a little narrow minded and the Brits" we once ruled the world attitude" is overshadowed by your narrow minded arrogant, we rule the world now attitude. Just saying
