Very good info it help me to understand the procedure, since am coming into Thailand in January and did need a double entry visa but since it said that my passport had to had at list six months validity after my second entry it was short of 22 days so only got single entry than will need an extension i hope or will have to get a new passport wit another single entry).

I also did a visa run last January and this is what it cost me and had no problem it is worth it in my opinion.

I see it daily my common law wife (Thai/Canadian) she has been here for over 20 years and she still do before thinking.So I always watch from a distance and try predict the outcome, over all it is not bad she became a thai/farang if you know what I mean.

My point of view is keep the death penalty it keep the expenses low and get rid of killers it is a lot cheaper for the economy to get rid of these long time killers.

I do think that Thailand is doing the right thing by keeping the land only for their citizens. Foreigners have a tendency to bring inflation and poverty to locals that sell their land for a cheap price. And thai peoples would not be able to afford to live in their own country due to foreigners running the show.

I have been lucky to never be sick from eating strange food from anywhere in the world so if I was to be concern about what is in it I would cook myself or stay in my country and eat well.

Canada is all frozen from weeks done like pork,chicken.beef and fish. Freezing state kill bacteria.

My best guest is that we foreigner are only here as either long or short term visitors, so enjoy the weather and all that come with it. in Canada we have a problem with foreigners as well they have too much freedom and they are trying to change our ways of living. I have been here for a short while now, and since last November all there is conflict among the government, my way of thinking is use the Army and be it. Thailand would be quiet again.
