I found the recipe from a Thai Blog. The guy post the direction in his blog (include the pictures). -Thai language. Anyway , i think it's worth to check his blog for seeing more pictures as a direction (I put some of his pics here)

He said thatt he had got this recipe from the restuarant in Port Mailot, Paris. He also said this dish is kind of unique and he had never seen it before. The owner of the restuarant taught him.

Marinade sauce

- Flat leave Parsley (or just parsley)

- Coarse Sea Salt (or salt)

- Garlic 1-2 cloves

- Pepper

- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mixed all ingredients in a food processor. This mixure is used for marinade , mixing with the cooked rice and as a topping sauce

Pan grilled chicken

Part 2 : Rice part

- chicken skin

- Jasmin rice

- Chicken broth

- Marinade Sauce

1) Stirred fried the chicken skin(without oil) till it's golden brown and crispy. Take the crispy skin in a dish and keep it's oil in the pan

2) Stirred fried (raw) rice

3) add chicken broth

4) cook rice in a rice cooker

5) mixed 1-2 tbp of marinade sauce in cooked rice

Part 3 Spicy sauce

-Chilli

-Coarse sea salt

-Garlic

-Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1) Grind chilli and salt in a moltar

2) Stirred fried it with olive oil and some cloves of garlic

I have got a letter from the university in Australia 2 days ago. It is a letter of admission in a master degree of Biotechnology.

So i just want to update my news

(I have decided to choose the course in Hollands anyway. )

1 clean noodle in water for10-30 seconds ( either yellow or green noodles )

2 cook it in boiled water for 3-5 minutes

3 then put those noodles in cool water for 30-45 seconds after that put those noodles in a bowl

4 put fried garlic oil in the noodles and stirred

4 adjust tastes (as a bit of sugar, fish sauce or soya sauce)

5 topping it with chinese bbq pork, grilled duck or crab meat

6 serve with quick boiled PAK CHOI,MUSTARD (Chinese)/ Brassica.camprestris L. ssp. chinensis (Lour.)Rupr

We Thai people call Gluten as หมี่กึง/หมี่กึน ,mee geung / mee geun (It's a chinese word)

Just copy my TH words and ask a local people, they may understand what do you mean and lead you to where you can buy it.

To the OP,

If you are sure that your boy is a homosexual boy, here is my advices

1) Let he know you are his best friend , just talk to him and ask him what he likes or want to be. The age of 0-12 year old is just nothing.

2) The critical period is 13-15 years old,the early teenager period. You just take a deeper care of him about his friends. If he has sassy friends, do not blame him. If he wants to have a party with his friends , make it at your home. Let he trust you that your are the best friend of him. In the meanwhile, talk to him about his future as being a homosexual is tough, and he may meet many obstacles in his life as love relationship.

3) Start teaching him about fishing , education is the most important thing and tell him that one day dad and mom will be too old to support him and die later, hence he needs to concentrate with education which is the only way that he can live his life happily in future.

In my opinion, i think to have a additional tuition class for maths is a necesity for students who are weak. (Try to hire an instructor one by one or just a small group)

The reasons are, To study maths need a special skill as a guide. If a student(weak in maths) reads it all by him/herself, he/she will not understand the trick /tip clearly. Moreover, to learn via online(even a book), the perents should have a good knowledge and background of maths very well,so they can explain thier kid.

ps, i try to search about maths websites and i found rubbish.

Preparation

1. This Menu was cooked like BBQ or steak. Grill the beef with hot fire.

2. Cook fast to get the medium rare.(For rare and medium rare, grill each side 3-4 minutes, medium to medium well 5-6 minutes).

3. Slice it for serving.

To the OP, I would like to share my experience to you.

First of all, I am a member of TH-CH family and I am the first boy in our family and as you know chinese people expect more for the son.(my origin is Nakhon Sawan province)

3 y/o - I started realize that I was born a girl who trapped in a boy body

6-12 y/o I was a sassy boy who loved playing paper dolls with girls. I did not like to play any sport. That time my family and relatives had a clue about my behaviour. Obviously, they worried about me.

13-15 y/o I had sassy boy friends. That time my family was more concerned about me. (That time my breasts were developed themselves). I was blamed by my family about my sissy behaviour. My parents broght me to see a psychologist. The psychologist told them that he was not able to change anything because I was "born to be". I was confused and sad that I ruined my family's hope. My family tried in any ways that could change me to be a boy

16-18 y/o I realized that I should concentrate more about my education and I think it was the only thing that i can make my family proud of me (I was in a King room of school since I was grade 7(13 yo))

18 y/o I passed the entrance examination and studied in CMU (Fac. of Science - and chose Industrial Chemistry major)..

THIS TIME , my life was changed forever. I had a bf..we planned to move to Bkk and I did an exam again, i got a seat of Vet school in Chula. I grow my hair and it was long

19-25 y/o I started dressing as a woman. Luckily, my physical feature looked like woman so i had no problem from social attack.

since I was in a vet school , my family realized that I was able to be a quality person and they thought i could living my life in the hard path. They accepted me the way I am (not only my family accept me but also all my relatives do too)

28 y/o I went to the Hosp for sex change operation. All of medical staffs were suprised by seeing all of my family supported me and stayed with me in the hosp (It was rare case that Tgirl has family as supporter)

NOW I am 34 y/o I am a full time vet and going to take a master degree abraod soon..NO DOUBT ..My family proud of me loads

I understand well about my concerned family in the first 18 years..It was because they love me and hope well to me, although that time i thought they hate me coz they tried to change my life to be a boy.

I am a lucky person who is raised by a warm family. Luckily, I chose the right way to make my family accept me by education. Many T-girls are against their family by do something nasty instead

Finally, If I had a chance to choose my life, I would have chosen to be either straight man or woman. However, I am not regret to be what I am now.

If i had a sassy kid , i would have worried about his/her future (as you and other parents)

IMHO, you try not to change what your boy is , just keep more a good care of him and be his friend so you can guide him in the right way (many sassy boys against thier family and turn to be a prostitue ,drung or un-educated person and get a low quality of life)

Papase is proteolytic enzyme and it is anti-inflammatory enzymes. You can also use Danzen, Serrapeptaseas. It is an anti-inflammatory enzymes as a compensated drug. And Danzen is easy to find in drug stores

IMHO ,I think it needs not to translate in TH .

Firstly, when you translate in TH it will be a bit funny and TH people will not get it.

Moreover, many Thai people think english labeled brands are classy.

Researchers in Thailand recently claimed to have developed the world’s first milk formula from chicken meat for infants who are allergic to protein in breast milk or cow’s milk.

“The milk made from chicken breast strips can provide high energy and nutritional levels similar to milk from cows and soyabeans. It also poses a lower risk of allergies to milk protein from these main sources,” lead researcher Pipop Jirapinyo said.

Jirapinyo is the head of the team at the Bangkok-based Siriraj Hospital which claimed to have achieved the breakthrough after conducting the research for over five years with 38 babies allergic to protein in cow’s milk.

The results revealed that infants were eight times less likely to be allergic to milk from chicken meat than to soyabean milk. The conclusion came after the team compared the allergic symptoms of 20 babies given milk from chicken meat with the remaining 18 who were given soyabean milk.

“The newly invented milk formula will soon be the most valuable food source for thousands of babies allergic to the protein in cow’s milk and from other sources, giving them opportunities to have the same growth level as other infants,” Jirapinyo was quoted as saying.

The milk formula has already been patented and Jirapinyo plans to further develop the powdered version of the milk for production on an industrial scale and improve an adult formula for the aged people in the near future.

Milk from chicken for allergic newborns

Siriraj Hospital has invented an infant milk made of chicken meat for those allergic to cow's milk, the Faculty of Medicine head, Professor Dr Piyaskol Skolsattayathorn announced yesterday.

The chicken-extract "milk" is the first of its kind and much cheaper than substitutes made in other countries, around Bt600 per litre compared to Bt2,000-Bt3,000.

The milk is expected to help around 20,000 infants allergic to cow's milk, or around 3 per cent of newborns each year.

Siriraj Hospital can now make around 25 litres of milk a week.

One kilogram of chicken breast makes 24 litres of milk. Only the breast can be used because it contains no fat, and the meat used is from chickens raised for export, as they have not been fed hormone-laced food.

The invention of the milk by Associate Professor Tharathip Kholathat and Professor Dr Phiphob Jiraphinyo of the Department of Paediatrics was based on the fact that infants allergic to cow's milk can be fed chicken broth.

Siriraj Hospital began experimenting with the chicken-extract project 10 years ago. Production involves mincing and blending chicken meat and adding food substitutes. The milk is stored at -72 degrees Celsius and mixed with hot water for use. It can be bottle-fed to infants.

A total of 80 children allergic to cow's milk have been fed the extract during the experimental period. Only two of them were allergic to it and were fed with imported substitute milk.

The invention of the chicken-extract milk will be published in the Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition, and the milk has been registered, Piyaskol said.

Siriraj Hospital will further develop the milk into different formulas for older children and adults.

Citing foreign medical reports, the dean said the global tendency of infants becoming allergic to cow's milk was growing as a result of the decrease in breastfeeding, now at the rate of 2-10 per cent depending on country.

The symptoms stemming from allergy to cow's milk range from rashes and dry skin, to vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea and asthma. The allergy can be fatal.
