  1. I know Kitty Electronics has them because I just bought the plug and matching panel jack a couple days ago from them.

From the north side of town's moat road turn north on Chang Phueak rd. Follow this road about a mile or so until it divides/splits and then until the next traffic light just ahead. The next soi on the left after this traffic light is where they are located, the corner of Chang Phueak and that soi on the left.

Thanks Wx, I found the place, but they dont have also.

Any other places I can try?

  2. I'm looking for an AC adaptor jack ( pic below). I've been to Aron (spelling) they don't have, also been to a shop down Ciang Moi road they have the smaller size but the size I need are sold out.

Does an young know another place I can get one?

    Cheers.

  3. Has anyone tried this new Indian Restaurant? It's a couple of doors up from Spicy's, I think it's the same shop where that dude was selling the falafels.

If you have, is it nice, and what are the prices like?

  4. You are in luck it is at the Maya.thumbsup.gif

Nah, Maya is an SFX cinema. If it's anything like the one over at the promenada I will give it a miss.

I still haven't been to Central festival yet, I guess I'll have to go to it to see 12 years a slave.

I've heard wolf of wall street is a big let down. 3 hours long totally drawn out.

  5. I noticed this week that the Airport major and Central Festival Major Cineplex are not showing the same movies. For Example 12 Years A Slave is not been shown at the airport and is been shown at Central Festival.

For people live nearer the airport or just prefer the airport, this is a load of crap.

  6. Any tips on dealing with the traders down at the night bazaar? When I ask for the price of something they always start with an unreasonable price, and they get vexed very easily when you are trying to haggle with them. I nearly got into a fight with one guy over a watch I offered him 1200baht (he was down too 1800 from 3800) witch I thought was very reasonable (thai friends I spoke too thought it very reasonable too) he then got mad and started swearing at me, having ago at my nationality (witch he got wrong he was not even Thai maybe not even legal) and all sorts. I usually wouldn't let someone speak to me like that, but I let it go because things would of gotten nasty.

<deleted> just give my the real price and I'll pay it!

Anyway, enough ranting, is there a rule of thumb, for example aim for half of there 1st asking price or what?
