    For stumonster.OK. Sussed it. Install the game . Then explore the disc. G into the bonus section . Go into the san and folder and find the same file gta_sa. Copy this into the the program file folder. Then the game should work. Anymore probs then PM me.

    Went to Fortune today. Just on the off chance that they would have GTA. But no luck. The guy in Zest. The original game place. Wasnt very helpful. Said he didn't know when it would be out. The copy guys reckon a week or so. So if anyone see the original in Bangkok somewhere, then do let us know where. Cheers.

    I went to Fortune on Friday and the game was there but no Zest, another place which sold it for 300 Baht and it was a DVD! :D I am planning to buy it next Saturday from Panthip but before that I want to ask you people that would I be able to play it from my graphics card which is nVidia GeForce 2 MX 400, 64 MB? Thanks in advance. :D

    So where was this other place in Fortune? Also was it an original or copy? By the way they are only releasing it on DVD so if you dont have one. Better to buy one. 300 Baht for an origianl seems rather cheap. Considering that half Life 2 Was 600baht. Riddick 500 baht. Sound like it may be a copy. But tell me exactly where this shop is and i'll try and go this week. Cheers.

    The shop is 1 floor on top of the Zest floor, after u go to that floor there will be someone selling Talking Dicts just go straight on the aisle and there will be some shops selling PC games and GTA: SA too and by the way dude I already own a DVD-ROM! :D

    Went today for a look. And true. I could buy it for 300 baht. So i took the plunge and did. Fingers crossed. Got it home and started to load it up. Hey! No worries. Ok! Lets play the game. <deleted>! <deleted> is this. Please insert the correct CD/DVD!!!! Tried unistalling and reinstalling disabling Firewalls etc. No ######iing joy. So looks like its back to Fortune tomorrow. By the way. Has anyone actually played using the mouse and keyboard? I think i'm gonna invest in a decent controllor. Very similar to the PS2 controller. Anyone usung these and any idea on cost. Seen 2 today that were over 1k. Peng mak!!!

    I know this since a year already! :o Yeah its a good software though if u ever wanna send some big files and also be game images or movies.

    Change Over From Dial Up To Adsl

    Im about to change from dial up to ADSL. I have a TT&T line in Jomtien. My knowledge of computers is below average, I have been reading about ADSL and it seems I need a different modum- router. Help is needed in knowing what type of modum-router I would need and which is the best ADSL to get. Please help this OLD GUY who is slower than the usual dial UP. Thanks in advance!!! :o

    I have true and its good but I plan changing to Buddy Broadband soon as they are very cheap and very high speed 650 baht/month for 2 Mbps! For Buddy Broadband, if you have a 123 call number then u wud get the modem and the installation wud be done for you free but if u dont then u must pay 1,000 baht. :D

    I watched the match between Argentina and Tunisia on ITV yesterday! Argentina won 2-1, Argentina scored the first goal from Riquelme (Pen) and the second from Saviola. Guemamdia scored the Penalty to make it 2-1 but he missed the first penalty which made Tunisia pay for it. I didnt watch Germany vs. Australia but know the score Germans won the Aussies 4-3 (dramatic)! Kevin Kuranyi, Per Mertesacker, Michael Ballack (pen), and Lukas Podolski scored for Germans while Josip Skoko and John Aloisi scored two goals for the Aussies! :o

    I saw for movies, but what sense does it make if you can buy the game for 2 US$ in Panthip.
    I heard that in the USA there are many stores which gives PC, PS2, XBOX,etc game rentals. Is there any stores like this in Bangkok? I haven't seen one but this shud come to BKK soon and this wud work! :o

    I agree too. Games only cost me the aquivalent of a quid. Movies are usually only 90 mins long whereas some games can have 40+ hours of game play and can take weeks if not months to complete.

    Rentals of games are only for trying pals! Imagine u bought Area 51 and it sucked u wasted more money than u wud waste for rent!

    when i bought the laptop, over a year ago, it came with dirext x 8, but installed 9 without problems so far.

    but than again, there are some visual effects in the game which your video card must support

    as the minimum requirements states: geforce 3 or greater i think you card comes up short

    you can easily install DirectX 9 in any computer but the with the card its different. I have DirectX9.0c installed in my computer. But i asked u that is ur card DirectX9-compatible?

    runs good on laptop with ATI 9200 64Mb

    512 mb ddr

    ATi 9200 isnt that good card, it may be a bit better or the same as GeForce 2 and i heard that games in laptop need a good card or they are unplayable so if u can play it well on your laptop then I would also be able to play it well on my PC! :o

    since you alreadybought it, you can allways try.

    but keep in mind that the video card should be direct x 9.0 compatible

    and is your ATi 9200 Direct X 9-compatible?

    Probably better to buy a new card mate. If ya a good system for playing games on then ya need a decent card. Where did ya see it in Fortune?

    I went past Zest and went to the floor top of Zest and there it was being sold for 300 Baht but the man said he would give me for 250! :o

    The Thai National team will make up a quartet. Two matches will be played on Wednesday 20 July, and two matches played on Saturday 23 July. All games will be played at the National Stadium in Bangkok.

    Why so "small" premiership teams? Why not Arsenal or Chelsea? :o

    Has anyone here in Bangkok got a video card like nVdia GeForce 4 or Radeon 9200 that you are not using anymore? Because I cant play some games because of my video card which is GeForce 2 MX :o Or you may swap your card with me. Thanks! :D
