  1. The only times I have ever seen a bank deal with +/- 80K baht deposit or withdrawal, they ran it through one of those bill counter machines 2 or 3 times in the customer's view.

why must you display your insanity to public glare ? all your comments are just sickening

  2. I had a mate that worked in my local bank branch in the UK, he would tell everyone in our drinking gang how much people earned, who was in debt etc...

This is not unique to Thailand..

nobody said it only happens in Thailand. but its my first time of experiencing this and unfortunately its in THAILAND !!

  3. I am banking with a notable commercial bank. I went to this bank to carry out some transaction and met a colleague who had came for the same purpose. after exchanging pleasantries, i noticed the bankers started asking her questions about me ( of course) in thai (thinking i won't understand) and even told her the amount i was about to save.

after a week or so, another colleague told me she went to same bank and they told her i usually come to send money and how much i sent the last time i was there

and even told her how much i had in my account. Now is this part of the norm? what should i do ? i feel so bad about this

  4. Africans?? check statistics of highest countries with drug and drug related offences , i bet you won't find one single African nation in the first 20.

who is tricking who?? the colored people are the majority, all Asians ,South Americans, Arabs, Africans (except ofcourse a small portion of SA) are considered colored people.

ok i will go thru it again...blacks make up 30% of the us population, but comitt 70% of the crime.FACT..1in 3 will go to prison before thage of 30.Fact..96% of the crime in NY is comitted ny blacks.FACT.72 % of the blacks born, are born with out of wedlock..Fact.1 in 4 girls will be raped in africa befoer thier 15th bday...and on and on and on....but now i sound all rasicts .......drugs in africa.i dont think so...no they leave africa, and pedal thier poison in other countries....check out the uk and the us stats....and rethink you comment...africans buying ice in nigeria.thats funny

what do you mean blacks???? i said Africans, i did not say blacks mind you and the OP said colored people, he did not say blacks. 30% of the blacks in america are not Africans but African-Americans right( they cannot vote in any African nation) they where born there and grew up there. They are a product of the system.

u need elementary education to understand why the US is so deep in negative diplomacy...i am 22 and i know it.

  5. Africans?? check statistics of highest countries with drug and drug related offences , i bet you won't find one single African nation in the first 20.

  6. It's a north-south thing. The Northerners call the Southerners jai-dum. Black heart. I'll leave you you to figure it out.

While the education thing maybe true, it is because they were ignored by the southerners for centuries, until Thaksin (Don't take that as meaning I am a supporter). They are catching up. The skin color is not true. The ones that are dark are mostly dirt poor farmers that work in the fields daily. My wife is from Isan and she was very light skinned until I started taking her to the beach and riding on the motorcycle. The white ones in the south paint themselves white with every whitening product on the shelves and hide in the house.

I live here and prefer it to the south or BKK.

the white is a lie? why then do the southerners paint themselves with white paints?

  7. It has started a loooong time ago. I will make the story short. Once upon a time a bunch of thais with several inferiority complexes and fixations sat together and were trying to come up with ways to feel superior. It was not easy as they realized that all humans are created equal and one is not better than the other.

So they came up with truly retarded solutions such as a person with white skin is somehow better than the other with dark skin. But then they realized that this phenomena only existed in their little head and was not true to say the least so they started to advertise their own insecurities on national TV in the form of skin whitening products, making them look even funnier. Meanwhile they somehow got addicted to being ridiculous and came up with other ideas like poor people are worth less than their wealthy counterparts. Apparently that's not true either and they eventually realized it so then they started to point a finger at people who are not well off and say they are all about money. It didn't help much because it is like a fat person trying to convince a skinny one, how fat he is.

Eventually they backed off realizing that they are not any better. But since they had been trying to show the world otherwise for so long, their mind became corrupted and they got stuck in their own misery.

The prophets say it's alright. At some point everybody wakes up. Their(the above mentioned people with complexes)time has not come yet.

Sent from my GT-I9500 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app

We need people like you in this world.

  8. in as much as i hate saying this its common news that people from isaan are looked down upon

the girls are all hookers and farang chasers, uneducated and dark skinned (wondering if its really a reason to hate)

  9. Again there is a Nigerian connection. These guys are upto no good and should be watched carefully and questioned when entering as tourists.

another very reckless and stupid generalization again. watched and question?? do you know why the two PEOPLE who boarded the missing Malaysian flight on a fake passport where able to do that? because they where nigerians..i just wonder how every dark skin guy gets checked and only this two where not checked..just because they are WHITY nigerians

  10. there is actually nothing you will call a white man to get him pissed off

and the 'idiots' among them know that. but there is actually a word you will a black man to provoke him

and the white people know the word and most of them have decided to move to Thailand where they can use the word as they wish..something they would think twice before doing in their home countries..TOPIC CLOSED

  11. now there is this new 'term' they use for every black man they see 'NIGERIAN' ( am talking of the racist expats)

they will quickly call you nigerian before asking where you are from and your answer means no sense to them because 'NIGERIA' means NIG-GA ..(they already said what they wanted to say)

  12. why are most of the 'farangs' here bent on trying to make me feel the problem is actually with the Thais when we all know

the west initiated slavery and slave trade

    we all know

the west initiated slavery and slave trade

Great post, dont know whether to blame a sub standard ecucation or the PC revisionist history you were taught.

You mean "Slavery" as we all get to watch it in films and read about it in books? But you ignore slavery, "carried out" by other ethnic groups, for thousands of years, and ago, already.

That being said, Who says that "Slavery" must, or should be the equivalent to "racism" or, the "determining factor" for racism.

Your remark could merely be considered a lack of education.

isn't it logical? slavery was born out of the idea that some races are better than some or some people are more human beings that some and that is exactly what racism is all about..lack of a education yes but lack of common yes, i will give that to you

  13. For me, moving to Thailand like many others from the UK. Is to get away from the Black Rascism I have had to put up with.

e.g Despite being polite to him, helpful and lending my tools. A black neighbour continueously harassed me by 1. Throwing grass cuttings and tree branches all over my garden. 2. Shouted from his window for me to" Why don't you go back to Thailand; stay there and not come back." 3. He threw white paint all over my garden. 4. Rubbed grass all over my new front door. 5. I left home one morning at 7:30 am. and was out all morning. When I got home the police arrived twice in one afternoon to say he had accused me of making racist remarks to him. Even though I wasn't at home. I had shopping receipts, with dates and times to prove where I was.

Of course black rascism is prevelent on London's buses. If you are first in the queue of 10 white people. The black bus driver will always pull up at the back of the queue to let a black person on first. To move to Thailand, means, being able to get away from black racism, where blacks play the race card at every oppertunity. Whilst at the same time they want priority, preference and privilage over all other races.

I don't want to see blacks here ruining Thailand, the way they have ruined the UK. Yes the laws of Thailand are racist against foreigners, but the people are not. I can live with their laws in peace and contentment.

so you left your home and everything you had to run to Thailand and show how racist you can be too? just because you know there is no law in Thailand against that? thailand is now a free place to go and a complete <deleted>..congrats

  14. Ten years in Thailand have never seen racism against anyone, except from Thais to anyone that isnt Thai. 2nd post in a month for the OP stating he feels racism exists, firstly from potential employees and now expats. Sometimes it isnt down to ones colour or culture that they are rejected or not particulary liked but down to the way the individual comes accross.......and sometimes it is imaginary. Would be nice OP if you post the 'highest forms of racism' you have experienced so wehave more of an idea what you are going through.

like no thai have ever called me a NIGGA, i dress well like a teacher that i'm. i have sat down with expats and they say,hey man what are u doing here (in Thailand) i reply i'm a teacher' i see they all looked each other..and one stupid one asked..'are u kidding me? what school? and i don't have a job?....i cant really count these meetings..i applied through and agency to get a teaching job, they bluntly told me that the agency will never put a black man on their radar..i told him i was in a school that don't really care about color but want to only take me if i had an agency buy they still refused

stop whining so mutch, if people treat you like this for sure your not welcome here? just go back make it easy for you..take it or

hahahahahaha......did u forget to take your tablets this morning?

  15. We become what we think we are.

Judging from your posts, I'd say you see yourself as a victim, ergo ….

Five months in Thailand means you know all of how to order a few dishes at a restaurant. post again in a few years.

i dont see myself as a victim..i just see myself as a witness
