I only know what I have read here, but I find his story quite plausible. I don't care whether he did or didn't do it (I'm in a bad mood because my neighbour wants to know how to cut onions). I personally haven't the faintest idea when I last went to the ATM, I know it was recently. I personally think that the charming Mum did it.

If it is thought that the body had been there for some weeks, one wonders why Mum or the family didn't look for him.

Majority of ASEAN NOW expat viewers want to remain in Thailand
Gillyflower replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Well I live in France and I don't get FREE health benefits. I have to pay 76 euros per month to a Mutuelle to make sure that when I have anything medical I don't have to hand out anything. Although when I got to doctor, I do have to pay -but it is refunded. -

I'd be careful if I were you! -
In Chiang Mai I often use the crossing near the foot bridge. There are lights there. I'm more scared of bikers than the cars. They just don't stop. Another thing I have noticed, As soon as the person who pushed the button has crossed they go.....they don't seem to realise that whilst the light is red they have to stop. If you come whilst it is red and you are not the one to push the button....too bad for you. When I was a kid in Oz, some nearly 80 years ago, every term in primary school, a policeman came to teach us road drill plus how to behave in public buses, trains and trams.

Iremember reading quite a few years ago that she was a bit touched. Anyway Johnny was in a Newcastle pub when the verdict came out. He is having a ball travelling round with Beck's band. There didn't seem to be much sympathy or interest by the locals. A picture showed a small 'crowd'. One man said, Jeff Beck was fabulous,, the only thing that spoilt the concert was the talentless Mr. Depp. Whilst I think that she made up most of it, I would bet that Johnny wouldn't be easy to live with. Drink and drugs!I notice here in France that there were no comments from Vanesssa Paradis or his two kids.

Cultural Misunderstanding or Cultural Incompatibilty?
Gillyflower replied to sqwakvfr's topic in Chiang Mai
Reminds me of something I saw recently. A man was standing on a bridge and of course begging. There was a baker's shop nearby and a lady bought him a baguette. As soon as she was out of sight, he threw it into the river. He wanted MONEY for his beer. -

Isn't it wonderful to be in love? -
I watch an Aus. TV programme called Target (at least in France it's called that). It's about Customs and Immigration at all the Aus. airports. They seem to have a special eye on Thai and Malay students. Immigration ring up the lodging, the education place everything. One story.....the Thai girl had missed several classes, hadn't turned for the weekly exam, hadn't been accepted for the next term, and so on. You must keep sweet withe education place. On the plane back to LOS the same day.

No,I don't. But I think she is quite attractive. I wonder how many of you fellows pass the 'not much to look at' remark. -
Thanks for the tip. I live in France and have the very same problem.
