Good story. That's a really low bar for separating wheat from the chaff. But it's a start.

I hate it when the bill includes a charge for "sexy time with lady of the house" and there was no mention in advance about availability of such pleasures.

Most probably this case is being brushed under the carpet like many others before and after it. The perp has probably done this to other victims too. If OP wants to see justice, this case needs attention in social media. It won't happen unless the matter is pursued by/through high-profile sources with adequate "uproar" in Thailand and victims home country.

Collect a bonus stamp every time you vote. 10 stamps get one free election. Should be achievable in 1-2 years.
It will only work if they give this campaign a catchy name. I suggest Amazing Thailand Grand Doraemon Voting Festival.
Too complicated. How about "sell one get one flea"?

The question must be asked. How many Thais to change a light bulb?
One, just one. To hold the bulb while the whole world revolves around him.

Dada, who has a large dragon tattoo on her left upper arm, was carrying 4.22 grams of crystal methamphetamine (ya ice), enough, in the eyes of the law, to qualify her as a drug dealer.
Is it just me, or is that her right arm?
Must be a flying dragon.

they will be released on bail (possibly paid for by the government) and their cases heard in court in 3-5 years from now... they will be either charged with assult and fined 500b or released citing lack of evidence or 'the Monk caused it' excuse

Good luck with your quest for justice.
You won't get a peep from the local authorities unless your story hits the international press.
