  1. I just wanna add that to get a decent tablet, a minimum of 2GB of ram is a must! Better if its 3! So paying a little bit more may be worth your while in the long run.

as for tablet models, so far both Samsung and Asus (the Nexus 7 (2013) dinosaurs are still in great demand) are pretty reliable if really going for Android version. Huawei Mediapad M3 is also getting a lot of good reviews from what i have heard.

The Kawasaki ended up embedded in the side of the van.

From my own experience, the mini van drivers generally in Thailand are horrendous. They drive as if they own the road and everyone have to stay out of their way, failing which they would drive in such a way that seems to push you out of the way.

Having said that, I may not know who is right or wrong in this particular case, but if van drivers are anything to go by, 90% sure they are at fault!

  3. Try getting the name of the agency first, just in case to protect yourself. After they have returned your passport, a check with immigration is in order i would think.

Most agencies probably know of shortcuts but are legit in my experience. Most would require you to just collect after the stated time. My brother's WP had him go to the immigration with the agent and they just handed him his passport with completed WP no questions asked. And now my brother swears by that agency! ;)

  4. Old trick replacing tyres. I doubt he is that innocent judging from the way he said he needs to get back to the hotel and back to Malaysia. Obviously this is not the first time for him and he knows his way around to the point of ready to change the tyres. So, "acts dumb" is apt in the OP title!

His biggest mistakes were not able to converse in Thai and having a Malaysian registration plate. I have seen my Thai friends scolding police for "lesser crimes"

  5. That he rose again after the political incarceration and took on all the best (and to date some of his opponents then are still household names today) and beat them all, he indeed is the Champ. Now his weary body deserves his rest from the ravages of Parkinson's. I sincerely believe, to be the man, you have to beat this Man, period! Ric Flair must have indeed have Ali in his mind whn he chose to quote the Champion's mantra! smile.png

Rest in Peace, Champ. There will never be another one like you ever again!
