I just flew in from Sydney a week ago, did the Thai pass and rt pcr test before I arrived, did the test at the airport on arrival.

Got the green QR code on the app the next day of arrival

tonight I am surprise to fly to Bangkok, but was told I was suppose to do another rt pcr test within 3 days which my hotel was suppose to book for me. 
 

But the hotel now saying that I should be ok because the app is showing green light but I’m not sure about everything at the moment.

anyone have any experiences with this? Nobody in My hotel can give me a straight answer. Trying to ring the airline now which seems to be busy as hell lol.

Hi, I tried googling an answer about getting a bank book and atm card, not that interested in getting the bank book, but was told over the phone that I needed it, but her English was terrible so not really sure lol. Sounded like she said I have to go to my branch.

So i got my police report that I lost my bank book as I left it in Australia and now ready to get both my book and new card.

Can I go to any branch to get them? Or does it have to be the branch I opened the account (which is hours away from where I am)

Already 10k exchanged by father in law and the police.shit is about to be done. Deportation is what the result will be

Latest update he has had his visa cancelled as there are multiple allegations against him already which the police let him know.

Police said he is due in court in a week to decide his visa cancelled and deportation.

Ex father in law turns out the director general of the labor department is his high school friend who helped him get into power and he gave home his word that he will be blacklisted and sent home, which he has already burned bridges over there.

All in all a good result, the police and father in laws friend handled it quickly, but obviously a donation to the police made it personal as the same guy has dealt with him before in another case.

Yeah just a 7 year old. Well they just moved and he doesn't have any friends, he does not talk to anyone apart from his own girlfriend as he is not a guy who can keep friends.

Anyways my ex is dealing with this situation now. She will go to the police with her father and he is a retired army general. She wasn't going to do anything but I guess she changed her mind.

Well he doesn't know where my daughter lives, so I don't think he could if he wanted to as he is always broke too.

I'm not going to board a flight as my assessment of him, is that he always talks crap without following through.

I would like to know if I sent the email to a police station or something they could give him a warning or something. Or is my only other option is to just give him a visit when I arrive.

I had a bad business partner last year, was always drunk and made bad decisions.

Recently we been exchanging silly emails but the last one he said he will kill my daughter who is in Thailand and I'm in Australia for a few more months.

My ex says I should just ignore it, but this guy is a bit of a nutter and would like to know if by only having an email, can I do anything about it.

Both need a check, I need a police clearance also because I have lived in Thailand for more than 12 months in the last 10 years.

I am in Australia trying to get a police clearance certificate for a partner visa.

How do I go about getting one of these when I am in Australia?

I've informed the BOI and they are investigation and have contacted my former boss to have a audit done.

He also made a huge mistake saying I have a small brain like a Thai person which it looks like he accidently pressed "reply to all" which included 5 staff which one is the director at the BOI lol

The director responded by email saying that an audit will be done on the company as he registered it as a software company which it isn't.

So looks like he just brought karma upon himself.

Yeah, I have asked a few friends, but thought I would ask in here as people are quite knowledgeable here when it comes to this stuff.

I have also put in a complaint to the BOI as he registered it as a software company which he isn't a software company. That should fix him, also told him every Thai staff member he has had has taken him to the labor court and won because he didnt want to pay them. He would hire them and sack them before pay day and try and weasel his way out of paying there salary.

Anyways karma will catch up with people like that, especially in Thailand

I am in Australia now, I had a work permit last year but I worked for a year before that without a work permit because my employer was always saying they would get me one.

After a year I got a work permit, but when it expired in October I was leaving the company as I got a job in Australia.

I was in Thailand until December 2015 and I was just enjoying the break before coming back to Australia as my new job contract started in January, so I did some odd jobs with the company when I was on this break on a tourist visa in November and December.

This company (just one man) decided he doesn't want to pay so I suspended his services which is a pissed about.

Now he said he will get a lawyer to send all my documents that I worked etc and said he will get me blacklisted.

I am due to come back in this December for a 1 month holiday, but can I get black listed like that

visa expires on the 2nd November.

90 day reporting was on the 22nd of October.

I think then I will just give them a visit today to make sure everything will be ok

I think there is no point me getting the 90 days. As I will not be doing the 90 days report again after I come back

How much fine do I have to pay now? Should I go tomorrow to immigration or just go pay the fine at the airport?

If you fly in you get 30 days as an Australian. The 15 days is for land borders (30 days for G7 countries).

You'll be fine, you can do 6 visa-exempt entries in a year before IOs start to ask to see flight bookings, proof of funds etc.

No time limit for going from Ed to visa exempt, that only applies for back to back visa exempts.
