  1. Did mine yesturday..

Everything you copy, you will need 2 of..

    Passport,entry card,visa page.

    House or appartment document.

If your house is in company name, you need tax docs.plus the tor tor san for house.

Bank book all pages, make a transaction on the day you go.

6 photos of you and family,1,at the fromt of house,2living room 3 bedroom and so on.

Show at least 400.000k in bank.

    2 passport photos of yourself.

Thai id if you have one.

Blue book, and if you have yellow book.

I took the 6 photos printed them at the shop, then copied them onto A4 paper,3 and 3..this is how they want them..

Dont forget 2 copies of everything.

Take more docs if you have them, just incase..

If they give it you, they will stamp your passport for 1 month, you go back on the day they stamped it,and will stamp you up for the 11 months...ie 1year..good luck

  2. Hi,,,anyone been to malaysia recently by car thru sadao....last time i went [april 2019] i went thru the thai side, got to malay immigration, parked up went into jpj to get my tax disc, they told me i had to get insurance first,i asked where is the office,go through immigration down the highway first set of traffic lights turn left and there was the office,,i got insurance then had to go back to the boarder through immigration to the jpj office to get my tax disc..

it was a pain getting back thru immigration having just gone out...you have to go back through because the office want to see my car and check window tint..then when i got the disc i had to exsplain again to immigration my passport had already been stamped...what a pain...

so my question is,do i still have to do that or is there an office selling insurance inside before going thru immigration..or can i buy it on the thai side then just go into jpj before going thru immigration..thanks in advance.Dave.

  3. Hi...update on changing visa to my new passport.........I contacted british embassy in Bangkok, she sent me a letter free of charge, its called a pro-forma...someone has to sign for it when it arrives at your address,,just fill it in [easy]..went to immigration jomtien she gave me another form easy to fill in..copied both passport face pages, went to desk 8,where you do your retirement extention of stay,,she told me to go and photo copy 4 pages from old passport, sign all copies and come back tomorrow after 2pm,all done no hassle...e-mail for Bangkok [email protected]

the lady is called Vee.....send an e-mail ask for the pro-forma and write your name and address..and u will have no problems....hope this helps you guys.....

  4. If she is unstable  then go to the police tell them u r leaving her and worried she might do something, then u r in the clear if she does hurt herself..better to clear yourself b4 anything happens...when u get time throw somethings in a bag and exit to hua hin or somewhere for awhile, then when the rent is due and she cannot pay she will move on...good luck..

Oh and if not mutual to divorce you would have to get a lawyer and go to court if mutual both go to amphur and done...
