  1. Seems like curfew announced. 10 pm till 5 am

    By who's authority?

My neighbors just put a sign... loosely translated..."this house does not recognize illegal military authority"

Hope this catches on! He can then go and Arrest the entire country !

Unfortunately you are right; he CAN arrest the entire country.

Stalin, Linen, Khrushchev, Mao, Kim you Ill, Kim young Un, Mugabe...the lost of arresting leaders is long and glorious. You think someone will help you but the liberals don't allow that. Once arrested in a military, fascist, megalomaniac empowered, or "other country," ... you are well and truly arrested.

I have been listening to people slag off on America, Germany, England and Australia, complain about everything from tax to tits but when the army marches in, you regret you are not in a democracy.

Well, you choose Thailand for the wonders. Now, wonder how you are going to escape it.

Because arrest is only the start of your concerns. What about when he freezes all assets? Takes back all contracts? Military men can and do do all those things.

And yes...They always have an excuse. There is always an excuse. What's yours?

  2. I know I would take him back if he showed such...well...single-minded stupidity. Stupid men are easy to control.

Have most of the men in your life been easy to control?

Oh yeah. How about you? Easy to control your man with your ridged member? Tell about those ridges; are they the kind of like, the root of a mahogany tree or more the "Ruffles Potato Chips," the ones with ridges?

    Please...don't post any selfies...

  3. Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people. Really small minds tell other people what not to say. --Eleanor Roosevelt's Gramp

Truly awesome people make jokes about death and food, then eat a grilled tuna and cheese sandwiches, and wash it down with a glass of Chianti'. ~ Hannibal Lectar.

  4. I am happy that you are not living somewhere near me.

    Spraying someone with water bah.gif

When he complains putting him down bah.gif

And than someone asks why Farangs have such a bad reputation in Thailand.

Spraying water at someone is already something no normal man gets in his mind. But everyone with honor would apologize later, not get violent.

Does "Sang Krat ring a bell for you, Ho90? That must be a very, very difficult time for you...

  5. I believe the shit may well hit the fan over this incident and the inevitable others which will follow.

I hope she's already notified the Russian Embassy about this as I believe she was singled out for being a Russian. If she wasn't a russian it wouldn't have happened.

Note to Mariia when you read this - please contact your Embassy to make an official complaint about this incident.

She needs to contact her boss, and arrange for a work visa.

Note to Maria, the entire point of the visa and visa crack down is to stop people from breaking the immigration laws. Maybe if you stopped doing that, they wouldn't "single yo out for being another Russian law-breaker? Just a thought.

  6. I am not defending the guard's actions, but I see all the time beggars and solicitors being chased off the BTS platforms. Guards and employees in Thailand usually don't take power into their own hands unless it has been directed from above to enforce some problems and rules. Sure the guard over-reacted.. just sayin..

I was thinking the same thing. The same guard may have been running this kid off for the last 10 years. It does get old, having to enforce the same law with the same offender repeatedly. The fact is, YOU may like the music, and they kid may not be be rude or obnox-noise, but if he were not run off, soon all the cripple-exploitation rings would be trucking women they have broken up, women deposited on the overpass, with a poor kid to make them look more pathetic, just to squeeze a baht from YOU, soft-hearted. Remember those days? Lot of that, 15 years ago when you got here.

  7. There is a very sweet small solar that will do the trick. We use them on sail boats all the time. Mount on the roof, or front o a window, has a battery pack, one day in cloudy sky will make enough juice to run auto-navigation array, two GPS locator units, pirate sensor alarm and a lap-top all night long.

And you can divert all power to the motion sensor equipped mini-gun.
