I've had an account with Bitkub for a few years. Was verified then, now they want more verification. I answered all they asked for and site said it takes 7 days. Now after 2 weeks site says:

"The process will be done and a confirmation email will be sent to you within 1-7 days for general customers and within 60 days for customers with additional conditions"

Does anyone know what "customers with additional conditions" means?

It means they have severe regulatory requirements on them from the govt depts no doubt. But now SCB owns some of bitkub. Things might improve....

I've been waiting a month now for my Bitkub verification and have heard nothing from them except for an email saying "Welcome to Bitkub", then at the bottom, please send your passport photo and selfi (which I'd just sent). My wife waited ages and then after weeks of phoning them, she failed the verification. I've read about these verification problems from lots of people, seems to be a thing with Bitkub. You're one of the few successes IMO.

I've been with Coins.co.th for quite a while now, but am confined to Bitcoin. They don't do alts. You also can't place limit orders, it's purely instant buy/sell.  Good exchange for beginners.

If you are no longer using bitkub please consider sending them an email selfie stating that you want to close your account. They need this to close it. You have to give your reasons why. I did this. I think its good if many people do it

Bitkub messed me about saying that I hadn't provided enough information so I gave up.

I use zipmex and never had any problems with them.

I have Satang pro and Bitazza,, both were verified easily in a few hours last year, Bitkub was a month long headache so I gave up on them.

But I do all my trading on Kucoin, easy sign up and many options for trading, Thai exchanges are good for moving money to your bank accounts but if you day trade the spreads are too wide, that's why you use something like Kucoin or Binance, then when you need money slip it back to Satpro or Bitazza and access your thai bank, pretty effortless all around really

    good luck!

  6. We rent a building 4 levels- standard in many thai cities. Row of shops next to each other.

I asked a worker to weld more metal on the gate - you can see the squares. Basically before he did this, anyone from the other side of that gate could have put their hand through with bulk cutters and cut the lock on the inside. Now its not possible to fit ones hand through the square holes. It looks unattractive of course but I told the guy it doesnt matter as we rarely go up there.

I suppose Im interested to know if anyone could use a metal cutter on either of the photos and cut though the metal- the gate or the fence. How hard would it be for them to cut through these 2 options?

I suppose Im concerned if we were to go away for a few days someone could enter the next door neighbours empty shop and could possibly do something during the day and no one would really care. It would probably just look like someone was working up there.

We have valuable equipment in the building and thus Im trying to assess how good our physical security is. Im tempted to put a cctv camera up there as an extra deterrent.

    Any opinions are appreciated.

try enforcing a signed contract with a wealthy Thai person or company....almost an impossible feat

We have a lease contract with a thai family that I believe is enforceable because its registered at the land office and tax has been paid for 10 yrs. But if it wasn't registered then yes I agree with you.... its not worth the paper its written on.

Like it or not, the American dollar is the world's currency, that's why.

How ridiculous. You're in Thailand mate. Get with the program. I suppose the positive thing for you is that you will fit in with the other illogical thais that live in your area.

Once again, all I can say is.  'thank god Im not Amercian'

Suggestions for other vehicles at a cheaper price would be appreciated. Anything available for under $10,000?

Why are you using the $ symbol? You are talking about Thailand right. Its a bit daft to be honest.

I was once at camden markets in london and an American was trying to pay in dollars. Quite stupid really. Same as talking about cars and $ symbols really

And how crazy is that? Why in the world should you ban sugar? it´s a perfect addition to many things regarding cooking and baking. It´s the easiest thing in the worls to not take more than 1 piece of sugar in the coffee or none at all. People should drink coffee because they like it, not because they love sugar. That´s just one example out of many.

After that you have all the coke, fanta and sprite that must be drunk all the time or given to children at low age. Why, have people forgot how good and lovely it is with a glas of cold water?

You are talking about banning the products, just because people can´t control their sugar intake. Really??? I think it´s time to grow some balls, say no to to much a show some self-control. What´s next? Are you going to ban food totally just because some people get fat? Maybe forbid the use of water because people are drowning every year? Just tell me your great concept for the people and the planet.

please confirm if you are a big size man. ie overweight for your age. Maybe some pics...
