The sources of the tragedy are being blamed on drugs and guns, but one question not being adequately addressed is how a person with a known history of involvement was able to be accepted into the police force. Is the question too sensitive?

It seems that your "facts" are coming from comic books, Russian propaganda ones at that. The Ukraine leader is a Nazi ? Read the facts he is Jewish.

So how much cover do you think someone should you have to "be here" ? My friend had a sequence of event many think was caused by a blood clot resulting from an operation end result, B10 m insurance finished so he was tossed out of the hospital but family had to pay B30,000 for the last day. Dont try to support the money machines here.

What is the current Government electricity rate for tenants?
kennw replied to spambot's topic in The Electrical Forum
Actually it is against the law to "resell" electricity, so 8Baht/kWh is illegal it should be 4.5 to 5 Baht depending on your usage as set by MEA/PEA. But TIT so no enforcement. It is just a way of ripping off the poorer people. Condominiums and Houses receive a bill direct from MEA/PEA and thus the correct rate. "Apartment" owners write their own bills and generally it is 8B/kWh -

Apparently you need to get the yellow book before you can get your name in a blue book. If a condominium owner, the blue book gives certified ownership and you can register it as your place of residence, then you dont have to pay the new tax. Currently you may be the owner but the tax authorities assume you are renting it out so you have to pay tax. The amount is not much and getting the two books is a pain in the butt so much red tape.

Maybe you should look at the root cause of the disruption to world energy supplies and thus its impact on currencies. Russia has weaponized energy supply because his war in Ukraine is going badly. If countries can stand together against Russian aggression maybe things can return to normality. For Thailand to welcome Russians here is a step in the wrong direction.

kennw replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
I hope any agreement include clause that Shoppee improve it's return, refund, and protection against fraudulent practices of some sellers. Until they do I will continue to blacklist them from my online purchasers.
